I don`t follow baseball, but from what I`ve read, I agree. Buckner`s error actually lost the game and series. Graffanino`s didn`t, and the Sox`s offense for the rest of the game also shoulders some of the blame for the loss. Hell, Graffanino could have been redeemed if anybody would have helped him out once he got on base.

Despite it not being his fault entirely, you KNOW he`s gonna be haunted by the error all through the summer.

its entirely possible that the sox may not resign him, partly because of the reputation he will have developed due to this. thats only gonna make it much worse for him...

God dammit! What a way to make an already shitty weekend shittier! Oh well, there are still two more teams (well, technically three if the Angels beat the Yankees) that can beat the Yanks. And if they don't...well, I'll just have to wait until next year. Maybe pigs will fly and the Pirates will win next year.
