Shredding yesterday was awesome.

New strings:
symp mirage>butter>pdx mirage
clipper>pdx mirage>clipper>pdx mirage
butter>pdx mirage>butter>pdx mirage (worked all MFA on it and finally hit it)

Tried challenges for a while but got bored with them. After MFA, I got really bored, so I went to BK to see if they needed any extra help and picked up an extra 3 hours of work. Made a fatty angus burger (two patties, bacon, swiss cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and the dankness - steak sauce!).

Mmm...fattening.

played solo for a little over two hours yesterday.

hit two new moves: alpine fear and crispy barfly (nuke ss butt).

tried a lot of spins. my flip spinning has been worsening. same with string length. it comes and goes, but mostly goes.

started a string with tripwalk>warrior>ps illusion. that felt cool.

hit janiwalker and footed sunilwalker about three or four times. kept trying fury but that's way too hard. i have no idea how they do it.

had one solid alpha toe shooting set.

was lots of fun

hello world.

haven't kicked since thursday night but plan on kicking later today. My goal is to get footage and analyze my style so I can see what needs work and basically just see what my style even looks like. it feels like it's changed a lot since my injury. which still isn't at 100% :? but my mental game has been off for quite a while. can't seem to find it. i assume it's from what i've been putting my body through since college so I'm taking a break from drinking (friday night was crazy).

so, a crazy night happened last week that i don't think i talked about. I was chilling with a girl drinking a twelver of pilsner urquell (best americanized czech beer imo) and i went upstairs to scare my roomate when he got out of the bathroom. but some random girl walked out instead. I asked her who she was and what she was doing in my house and she started freaking out about cops. that chapped my rear. the last thing i need is cops hanging around the premesis (rhymes with nemesis :D  ). i guess the rest of the household was throwing a party and cops came because of noise complaints, and all the freshman ran. i told her that she needed to leave and opened the door to our entryway to find a girl ducking down in there after immediately locking the door. i look over her shoulder and see that she locked out my roomate and he couldn't get back in. i looked over his shoulder and saw legs dangling from the roof. girls were actually jumping off of the roof onto our garage and down to the ground :!: the two girls refused to leave but I eventually got them all to by going downstairs and playing some super creepy music. I figured that these plastic abercrombie girls came to dance and some creepy music would send them packing. I was correct.

Evan is really sick right now and spent yesterday vomitting.

am going to burn a ton of music from guffey. mostly anticon label stuff.

Shredding yesterday was fun. I told work I broke my truck so I could bag and Kevin and I wanted to shred at 5 and went to Boner park. As usual, the rest of the crew were late, so we waited and got fed up and went over to the tennis court and played some net for a bit and warmed up. Had a long tiltless run where I finally hit illusion BSOS for the first time in a loooong time and threw in a couple pickups. Hit butter>ss butter>pdx mirage>butter for a new guiltless run and hit butter>ss butter>op butter and screwed up on the next ss butter because my flipside butters kinda suck. Went to work and found out some worker went home crying after her second day of work. Kris screwed up the floors so I had to run really hot water over the tile to get the grease and crap off. Got off work at arond 12:30 and went and dumped Brent's trash from the party the other night.

About the party:

We celebrated Frank's birthday which is actually today [more importantly, it's me mum's 57th today] and had a big party at B-Dizzle's. People were dicks. Some dudes gathered around the keg behind Brent and my bar were trying to kick myself and Alana, who lives there, out of the basement until I started to regulate, then they shut their pieholes. Lent my Watson (my sherlock) out and it got broke. TWO PIPES IN ONE MONTH! So, I'm never letting a pipe go downstairs at B-Dizzle's parties again because I'm still really pissed off about the death of my baby. Luckily, I have my other pipes in my possession. Otherwise they'd probably get broken, too. Anywho, we started kicking people out at 2, then the cops showed up with 3 squad cars. One of them asked me if I lived there, so I said yes and they wanted to see my ID, so I asked them if I looked 21 and he said yeah and I told him I was getting people out of my house and cleaning up my yard and the pig went away [to get through to people, I eventually told them that I lived there to get them to straighten out; Alana said she didn't care if I said that, so I did and it worked]. Then the asshole from Bitterroot came and told Brent that there was a house inspection tomorrow (today), so we had to deconstruct the bar and stripper pole and do some mad cleaning. Now, the house is all spick and span and the asswipe can't do shit about it.

today marks the new me. I sat and did lots of thinking about life last night. There is tons of stuff that I need to change in order to live a healthy life physically, spiritually, and mentally. I need to put more focus into school and stop entertaining my mind with things that bring immediate satisfaction. I need to work for happiness thus increasing not only willpower but the amount of joy brought by that task will be much greater than the joy found at the end of a bottle. to mark this occasion, i made a head mod today and buzzed off all of my hair. in order to cleanse my body i am going to go on a strict water diet for a few days and start eating healthy again. i've been eating healthy for over a year now and a few weeks ago started eating fatty burgers and greasy mass produced burritos again (yay grade F meat).

kicked last night. started out at bonner park with dudley waiting for the crew to show up. we played some net at the tennis courts. it was my first time ever playing net (even though there were no rules and we just went for vollies). kicking went alright. It wasn't up to what I had wished so I went to a gym afterwards and kicked in one of the multipurpose rooms. hit a new set on both sides though I'm skeptical of its cleanliness (gyro shooting). drilled the hell out of atomics. mostly bsos atomsmashers. I've let my flip slip a little bit. drilled whirls and blenders as well. my flip sucks. drilled spins, drilled nuclear, drilled ducks, drilled fairy shuffle and pixie shuffle. just lots and lots of drilling

Sounds sublime . . .

There is nothing wrong with eating some burgs and some hot sauce on my burrito baby. I haven't eaten healthy my whole life and look how I turned out. haha, wait, its true, so I guess it isn't that funny :(

Water diet sounds lame, like you, so I guess it would make sense  Too bad you can't hit gyro shooting like me, just too bad I tell ya. So

laxative laxative enema yay!

That's awesome to hear, Kevin. I'm headed in that direction myself, but partying is oh-so-fun. :( It's hard weighing things like that out when you may astrange certain friends or even parts of your life that were previously so integral. But I guess that's what change is about. Good luck with the new path you've chosen to walk down! It's a difficult one, but very rewarding. Hopefully your example will inspire people like me to maybe head in that direction, too.

Oh...

and...

I ran into these three female english exchange students that wanted me to be in their video about "hacky sack". I was like oh, I can give the history of footbag and went into mike marshall and john stallberger in oregon city, OR. and they were like no, we have it planned out. and they filmed a few of us walki8ng off of a bridge. went to a close up of me pulling a footbag out of my pocket. showed us passing it around in a circle and that's basically it. I had a blast though.

am starting a flagship program at my od high school. tomorrow is day one and our normal shred day afterward. will write more tomorrow.

Give me the dates/times of all of our flagship deomnstrations and I'll do my best to be there as often as I can. I've got class today, so I can't make it. But I'll be at the normal shred session at 5:00 with a thermos an a gourd

It would've been nice to know about the demo at Sentinel today, but oh well. I think maybe that they'd figure I'd forget/sleep past it like usual...

YAY!

Less than an hour ago I hit my first ever 5>5>5 (bs blur>phoenix>ps whirl)

played at our normal mfa time. it was loads of fun. Hit lots of 5s. came really close to my challenge of pdx torque b2b. came close to blurrage quite a few times. started a string with dyno>dyno. started a string with janiwalker and then kept it up in a guiltless string. drilled pixie and fairy shuffle.

i challenged evan to hit warrior>butter>butter>warrior and he hit it towards the end of the session!

Riley got sole tap>blender and pendulous pdx blender.

Sam got lots of spinning toes. he is improving quickly.

Bens strings were long as usual.

we also had the first ever sentinel high school after school footbag program. we had two circles with a total of about fifteen kids. it was great.

Yesterday was cool. Worked on spins a bit (more flip attempts for once) and drilled butter>pdx mirage. Found out that after I ponytail my hair back and put it up in a beanie, I can do ducks!

Yesterdays hits:

(from clipper)
Ducking clipper (almost both sides)
Diving clipper
Diving osis (first time I'd hit it from clipper instead of toe)
Weaving clipper

And later on in mid-string:

Pdx illusion 8O

I think I'm going to work more on illusions sometime in the future when I buy myself a footbag.

On a sidenote:

I might have a place to live in on Monday! If this one douche doesn't give Cindy the money for the rent, she said I could move in! Oh, boy, I can't wait because he more than likely won't pay. But, if he does, that sucks...

Another sidenote:

I hate hippie smell.

Oh yeah, Jere challenged me to hit clipper to clipper four times. He didn't say all of them had to be consecutive, so I did his challenge with mirages and legovers in between.

My hip seems to have been minorly injured at MFA due to attempts at PS Mirage, so I think I'm going to stop doing that for a bit. My hip felt all out of wack at work yesterday.

On a side note, apparantly it's illegal to sleep in your own vehicle as some pig who had nothing better to do last night told me. Shouldn't he be out enforcing real laws and protecting people against murderers and rapists instead of bothering a broke person? Fucking assholes. Oh well, hopefully on Monday this'll all change.

Oh yeah, forgot the story of my lost wallet.

I was changing clothes yesterday at Food For Thought apartments and my wallet fell out of my slacks for work. I told myself I'd grab it after I put my shoes on. I forgot and didn't think of it until I was already at work, at which point I couldn't just leave. So, I call and have one of my friends check and it's not there. I was bummed and worried about it the whole shift. So, today I go to FFT and put a note in the bathroom about my wallet and thought maybe a dude I know that lives up there would know. So, I go downstairs and ask him and he did pick it up, but gave it to the chick that lives there now. So, I called her and got my wallet back! Yay! I can buy beer and cigarettes again!

had a two hour solo sesh last night. mostly just worked on downtime moves again and my challenges. drilled: drifters (i suck at these but managed to get a few bsos), whirls, blenders, dlos, eggbeaters, torques. i spent about an hour trying sam's challenge and came really close quite a few times, but no cigar. For some reason, pdx blender seemed pretty smooth on my right side. i decided to try phoenix>blurrywhirl because i've never linked them so I did the phoenix and then stepped out of it for the blurry whirl, but because I had been trying blenders a ton before that, my leg decided to blender. I was thinking "god damnit" and then I felt it connect on my osis and it popped up into my hand. that was my first time ever hitting food processor and I flipped out.

Didn't kick at all yesterday. Wanted to kick, but Kevin's punk ass had a solo sess. Spent most of my day yesterday bored out of my mind; I had the day off, which was my first in two weeks. I'm supposed to have today off, too, but I've got ot work for five hours because I wanted the extra hours. Hopefully I'll have a fatty paycheck.

Didn't do much last night. Just drank for awhile and got pretty baked. Watched Kevin go down a dark path that I warned him not to do. Tsk, tsk.

Oh yeah, what are you doing tonight, bitch lips? Call me if you read this or I'll more than likely stop by after I get off work.

Hot springs at all? I think we're going at like 8, which is when I get off, but I've got to talk to Bovee's dumb ass and see when he gets off work.
