in germany it would be possible,if u resgister your ar in the city that starts with FO - on the plate(in germany u have the first letters of the city on the plate,so the cops see were it is registered) then u pick ot as next letters and then 2 1 7!so your licens plate would be: FO-OT 217...but i´m affraid there is no such city in germany...

but if there is,and some dudes live there,get it as soon ass possible and drive this car to worlds next year,i would buy it then!

oh by the way: SEE U ALL NEXT YEAR IN FRANKFURT!

EDIT:the city u must live in to gt the german footbag plate(fo-ot 217) is forchheim...i just googled it...so shredders in forchheim,go make your license get a car and get this damn plate!
