Hm... Perhaps someone would read your boring ass blog if you posted here more frequently.

But if you post here once in two weeks, then people read your boring ass blog only once in two weeks.

:P

It looks like chiropractic is fuckin` expensive in US... Is it this way with other physicians?

Yes, Doctor visits of any sort start at about $50 and then go up. Sometimes chiropractic visits are $80 and dentist cleanings are like $100. If you get a cavity it costs over $100.

I hit a sweet tripless 10 contact whirling drill twice yesterday and hit my shred 30 too.

I played for like 2 hours on an empty stomach of coffee and raw chocolate. It was great fun.

I still have size 8-9.5 in cloth striped laver for $30 plus shipping.

And $5 Granny Smith Crochett ShredBags.

My vortex record is 5.

I hurt my heal on the 6th.
Limped for a week
won a tourney
limped another week
walking on it for almost a week with pain almost every step

Can't wait to heal.
I'm gunna tear it up at the CSS7 event.

SJFF4 was amazingly fun. I just hung out with Jim, My Family and Jorden the whole time. I didn't shred much because my heel hurt so bad.

I went to another world of pain on Saturday. I was phasing in and out of the real world and the pain world down in my heel.
My mind pumped so many chemicals from the pain that it put on another plane of existance that I've never accessed before.
The adrenaline rush from extreme pain must have helped me execute my shred 30.

Lon,

Word up my man, this is Dan from New Orleans/ Seattle hostel that you stayed at. Just wanted to say that it was a pleasure to meet with you and observe your ridiculous skills. Oh yeah. and it was a pleasure to drink our brains out together. Everyone from the house says hi to you and they all thank you for your thank you call, and they thank you for showing off your moves.

Hope you had a good time. Keep it real, and perhaps we will meet again someday soon.

peace and smiles

Dan, your crew is so friendly it makes me want to move in with all you guys!!!

But I moved in with my buddy Joe Crain instead in one of the sweetest houses in my town. It's awazingly perfect. We have4Square and Shredspace and 2 big couches all on our rainproofed back porch :!:

I hit spinning Mobius on the 1st try in pants after frisbee golfing yesterday morning. I been playing everydayish again for a week now.

Feeling good despite all kinds of problems in my life.
