Sometimes I check it three times a day, sometimes once, sometimes I get drunk and forget for a few days...

I probably refresh the latest post page 20 times during a work day and maybe 1-3 times per weekend day.

About 3 times a day is an average... sometimes more, sometimes less.

When ever i can get onto a computer with internet, about 3 or 4 days a week. If i had internet at home i would probably read the whole thing.

How often do you check modified? Be honest!!!
