My lavers were a halfsize too small. Then I modded em. And they stretched out. Now they fit reallly snugly. Any more loose and I'd hate em.

If you want to speed the breaking in process, you could try soaking your shoes in water and going for a run in them, they break in really fast if you do this.
And if your insoles get annoying during the break-in process, or if they seem to make you feel a bit tall compared to other shoes that leave you at ground-level, you can take out the insole or just replace it with something like Dr. Scholl's. Definitely a good idea in a way.

I kept the adidas soles in and put some heel insoles on top of em. I found that to work pretty well for me. Also, when I had first gotten the shoes, they got hurled on, so I threw em in the wash...I dunno if that helped the break in, but I wouldn't doubt it.
