Today it was cold outside and I've got a throatache, so I've decided to shred a bit at home, while I was alone. At first I've played about half an hour barefoot. I've schooled my Toe Barrages. I've hit a really big amount of them ;). Then I've decided to wear Lavers. In shoes I've hit two nice drills:

 Toe Barrage > PLO > repeat
 Toe ss Barrage b2b

I've also hit some cool tricks:

 Pixie Barrage (flipside)
 Pixie ss Barrage
 Fairy ss Barrage
 Tapping Barrage

I think some of my Toe Barrages could be thin, but in most cases they're clean.

Inspite of catarrh I've done today a really cool shred in my room. I've hit many cool things. I don't write what I've hit, because you can see that on my new vid :). A link is in video section of Modified.

No, he hasn't got a name. And he hasn't hit other Railing moves. Yet

Toilet-trick: Stall the bag on your knees while bending over.

OMG! What a terrible country where not everyone has own name . About Toilet - isn't it just Squezee (spelling?)?

PS. I've just hit for you Hyper Toilet and Railing Toilet (barefoot, because my Lavers aren't near my computer).

in Squeeze you take the bag behind your knee while standing straight on one foot.
In toilet you stall the bag on your both knees while sitting down.

So did you hit Hyper Squeeze?

I've hit now all combinations of Hyper & Railing / Toilet & Squeeze. But I've got one confusion. Why Toilet is called Toilet? 8O

There is a Toilet for you. Sorry for my outfit, I'm going to sleep soon :D
I suppose it's called Toilet because it looks like sitting on a toilet seat?

I don't know, but you hit some pretty huge shit! But you are going to sit here and tell me you can't do clip>clip? What kind of injury will allow you hit high impact toe drills but not a clip? I've have been wondering this for a long time. Or is it just a strong preference? I don't mean offence or anything, I just want to know

James, I'll try to show you on video what's wrong with my foot, but at the moment I want to write only one thing:

After a shred today it's something wrong not only with my Clipper. I have a new injury! Woohoo! It's a big pain because of something in nerve fibres over my ass. I'm not abble to bend, to walk faster then 1km/h, to sit in a normal position and finally to play footbag. It's cool, isn't it? :?

Today I've gone to the first training for 10 days. It was the first real shred with my new Lavers. I have to get used to them, so I didn't shred in hardcore way, just hit basic stuff and drills. I've hit:

 11 contacts of Tap > Plo
 DATW in > Plo > repeat (started with flipside DATW)
 9x DATW in
 7x Atomsmasher
 Fairy ss Mirage b2b (started on both sides)

It's a bit better with my injured Clipper. It's still really hard to delay bag on it, but I've hit today some Clippers and even one Paradox Mirage!

Again a soft shred with new Lavers. It's hard to play well in them :(. Another bad news is that I didn't hit any injured Clipper tricks :(. I was schooling my old stuff and Fairies. I was close to hit two new cool Fairy drills. If I remember good I have hit Fairy ss Mirage bsos midrun. I was playing with Asia. In a middle of training her friend came to us to watch our shred. He couldn't understand how I can hit moves with double dexes (Terrage, DSO, DATW). I told him it's actually not as hard as many other moves in freestyle. Then he asked me if I can hit triple dex move. I told him, I have hit such a trick few times, but I don't know if I can hit it now in new shoes. I tried and have hit Trixie in something like 5 tries! That was cool.

PS. Asia has hit her first Butterfly :).

Shred with Wiktor, Gosia, Gobol, Zrebak and Glowa. It was a lot better than last time! Nothing special, but longer runs and a bit harder links. I've also hit Goliath in new Lavers. Next shred will be on Monday.

Today me, Wiktor and Gosia have met with guys from Polish public television. They wanted to do a short spot about footbag and hacky sack. We shred a little and they interviewed us. That was cool. Too bad it lasted too short. We couldn't do our best. After whole filming I've hit 12 DATW in a row! It's my new record.

I had a training with Asia today. It wasn't a good shred for me :(. I still can't get used to new Lavers. My combos were short and easy. I've hit only few cool things:

 ss DLO > DLO > ss DLO > DLO > two other guiltless moves and then a drop...
 Toe set ss/os Reverse Whirling Gyro Toe (nasty concept!)
 Pixie ss Reverse Whirling Gyro Toe (with really silly "handcatch" which you'll see in my next shredvideo)

25.11.05

Finally a shred with more than 3 friends! I was playing with almost whole my club (Gobol, Staron and Junior), three guys from a Batalion Zoska club (Chester, Debet and Wasiu) and one guy from Wilanow club (Glowa). There were also Wiktor and Gosia from Wilanow in the gym, but they weren't play. It was a really nice shred. Everyone had some good runs. Especially Chester, who has absolutely the best technique in Warsaw! I remember one of his cool links: Flurry > Pixie ss DOD. Gobol almost hit a Rubberman drill. I've hit four contacts of this drill. I can't hit more because of my Clipper...

I have a new music for my routine and I started yesterday preparing it.
