Footbag speech

I'm giving a 4-6 minute speech in my speech class (go figure). Anyways, this is a demonstration speech. Since I have to dress up for the speech, I can really "perform". So for the demonstration part, I will be making an instruction video (I can use this later on too for my club). Here's a list of topics I'll be going over

Basics:
-kicking
-toe stall
-inside stall
-clipper stall

(for each trick, I'll demonstrate it and put tips on "how to" and the importance of the trick. I.E. toe stall- most basic stall, etc.)

Then after the basics I will show a section of Footbag Freestyle (shred) in slow-mo so people can see how the basics add up.

Any suggestions, ideas, opinions? (remember, it can only be 4-6 minutes long, including an intro. and a conclusion.)
