Where's your house man? Im coming to toronto NOv.10th to see a very special awesome band (HANSON wooooooooooooooo!) and also to see that amazing amazing AMAZING exhibit at The Ontario Science Centre called "Body Worlds 2" and somehwere in there is going ot be a shred with Camille and Johnny I know for sure... If you can get in on this action doooo it.

I am sooooooooo sick right now its awful. I Hope its not avian bird flu. but I woke up with my entire body aching and screaming and my head is very very full and I feel cold and want chicken soup and cuddling real bad.

Also what I want so bad is... TO SHRED! AHhhhhhhh. I had that sesh before and it was a good start and I am just itching to drill. but.. Now I feel like crap.

I shake my fist at the footbag gods for sure.

LET ME SHRED DAMMIT!

A sad day for one of my bags though... One of my bags was foolishly murdered so I had a little ceremony to pay some respects. I'll post that later. Im sick of staring at this screen. zzzzzz

Alright SO!
I have been shredding AND doing some recording of it!

Who wants to see a crippled Vida Shredita vid? its only like... 25 seconds long because my rooomate has been too lazy to get a memory card for her digi cam so the built in memory only allows 25 seconds. So you really dont get to see anything impressive but hey! Im Vida Shredita. I can do whatever.

but i figured... There arent really any vids of me shredding yet.. so uh... ya man...

Im shy though, so I dont think I'll post it up if I dont feel some love

hehehehe.

Ive had such an up and down day. Mostly good, tiring.. I just recieved some bad news that put me into emo mood. A good friend of mine has been diagnosed with lung cancer.

life is fucked!

Hey sorry to hear that, that really sucks. Best of luck to your friend too. When people get sick or die around me it really makes me realise how precious life is and appreciate just how lucky I am to be alive. I've been converted by Dylan Fry's postive attitude theory - If you stay positive about things you'll be a lot happier. Cancer is a big challenge for your friend but getting depressed about it won't help. Anyway all the best. Also I'm sure you'd get a great responce from people with your video but only post if you feel comfortable with it.

Peace

Thanks for all of your great and encouraging comments.

Jeremy, I always always keep it positive. If i didnt, my health would probably be on the brink of failure. You are a wise man though and I truly appreciate the reminder to stay smiling. It is important for me to know that many other people live by this philosophy too. I think negativity is sometimes so much heavier than positivity in its creation. I also think it is very important for my friend to remain positive because it will effect the outcome to his condition.

So today I had the most wonderful shred ever. Sadly, I deleted my shred video to get some 25 second footage of this group session going on.

I was on my way to shred with Mosher, Peng and Nick when my friend Fyl who was with us spotted some shredding happening at a park right near my house. I looked and there was Greg Raymond! I was pumped because I havent seen him since he returned to kingston from BC. The last time we hung out we ate thai food and he threw out the idea that he was moving back and he did so woo! He was kicking with Cian and two kids I know from around kingston but cant remember their names cuz im good like that.We really dug the vibe and i was excited to see Greg so we ended up staying there and not making it to Tom/Peng. Nick joined the hack session and i twas realllllly entertaining to watch so I shot some footage of that and its a really really cute 25 seconds. Ill post that relaly soon and someone pointed out to me that I should just film a bunch of 25 seonc dshots of myself and string them together. Its a good thing I have a few friends that are steps ahead of me buah ah ah .

It was my first real group shred Id have to say. Eventually I started teaching Fyl how to kick and stall and we started our own litlte mini circle which Nick and Greg later joined and we had some really good, fun and successful hacks. Nick hit 69 which he has been trying to hit for a while so it was a good moment in history for him and it was my first group shred so it was good day in shred history for me too. Also, Greg was busting some serious sweet action . He is so smooth ("like a baby with butter on its ass") and we agreed to get together and shred more because I have no one around really to shred with. As awesome as solo sessions are.. I really dug having support and props and a good vibe around. Today was a REALLY beautiful day outside weatherwise.

The only thing that disappointed me today was finding out how fucking dramafied people are in the footbag community. I find it hard to swallow that I can have such a fun time playing foot sack with amazing people and then hear about others who are so hurtful and judging about things they know little to nothing about. I dont understand what who I am dating or fucking or doing has to do with my game, unless I write it here in my blog or if I care to tell you about it because you are my friend. Otherwise, leave your bullshit on the curb because I am just a wicked girl named Vida Shredita that likes to play foot sack and eat food and live life. I dont sit around making people miserable regardless of whatever dramafied crap people dream up.

For the record, I am not dating or fucking anyone and Footbag was in my life before modified, before dramafied, before Tomified, so just shut up and lets play some fucking footbag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and in case you biatches didnt know, Im the pink power ranger, so if you dont watch it i'll come kick your ass! :D :P

VIDA! GO GO POWER RANGERS!!!

I dressed as the pink Power Ranger for Halloween when I was 9!!! That's AWESOME! My sis was the yellow ranger and my brother was the blue ranger, although he wanted to be red but we couldn't find that mask (we bought the full helmets, although thin plastic, for the costume, and our parents helped us make the rest!) I was OBSESSED with Power Rangers back in the day...

So what is going on with your trip to Toronto? Have you found out your work schedule yet? Are we still going to Body Worlds 2 at the Science Center? I AM SO DOWN, as is Andrew. I need to know what time you want to shred on Thursday cuz I finish class at 5 on Thursdays... although I could skip my last class so that I'd finish at 2 instead. Let me know your deal so we can find a good shred spot downtown.

And Johnny can't come until Friday night... :( So if you stick around for the weekend...
