Finaly, today training was greatfull.
We got a special shredlocation every thuesday. Its a skaterpark in dortmund. I looked into the garage and take my old skateboard. At training begin I realy enjoyed crusing arround.
Next I checked out the miniramp. At first, My legs felt very wraked but after a while I tried to make a Tailstall.. haha finlay its realy work. So......

So, 15 minutes later,at the same spot, but other sport..
I started to shred with Alex. He did very long guiltless runs with good variation and links. Than, alex started to show me some Dragonstalls, god damn. AWEFULLL!!!!!!Realy enjoy your shred today, alex  I did an firststrike footprocessor and some new links.
One hour later, we started to do some double freestyle. We started with to do something like legover, toe stall with dexes and Mirages. All that shit workes pretty good. Later we did some syncron freestyle. Alex and myself have to present some double freestyle at "show of sports". Dexterity will join this event and represent footbag.

At last we tried some awefull links and tricks.

Skoxn hit Symposium toe DLO and tried ducking pdx dlo, plss next time, hit that shit !

I hit blurry sym whirl, sym blur both sides,
atomsmasher -> atomsmasher <- I realy enjoy this link. I every dreaming about! Ohhh, i felt so good. :)

Best combo today, blurry whirl -> ripwalk -> stp far dyno -> pdx whirl

YES! :)

oh yeah for sure, it was a great session!!

you should not forget to report about andre. he is insane! i haven´t seen him play footbag till the german champs, but this time he blew me away!!!!
i haven´t recognized he can spin, but his spins are sooooo smooth. maybe his new tattoo gave him some extra power, i cannot explain his madness otherwise....
andre hits:
blurry dlo, mobius, blurry whirling rake, blurry torque, ehh some more? well these are just singletricks, i can´t remember any big run. but he hits huuuuge combos! propz andre!!!!!!!!!

i also had a good time that day. after circlekicking and warming up, i started to play some soft runs, mainly with 2adds.
later on, nils and me went into the miniramp to have a better ground to play on. concrete isn´t that good, wood is much better!
doubles went ok, it´s really hard. if you haven´t ever tried it out, you can´t think of, how difficult is it. we trained at first toe stall > other leg over > toe stall. ( are there any special names for the tricks like in single freestyle?? nils told me about "passage", he learned from max.) we went for clipper > other players clipper [rep]. but as i said, craazy to do.

in the end, when everybody was tired and no long strings were possible, we went for big tricks. and nice combos:

i hit a new combo, which i really liked: whirl > rev whirl > rev whirling rake
nils also did insane shit, as well as andre (i told before).

today is training again, but my legs tell me, i should wait one more day. i could play today, but probably with pain and without success. so i will rest and look for tomorrow. maybe docjay and the unneraner will visit us. i hope so.

@ justin: i don´t know about anyone, but i guess, there won´t be any dexdosen. i, for myself, don´t have any money, i could spend off. i really would like to come to paris, but that´s just impossible right now. i hope for a small jam later in that year in dortmund ( i haven´t talked yet to any gym-people, that could make that possible. maybe tomorroro, when i see them).

@ max: props to your doubles freestyle-skills!!!

first year project: dexdo was really really succesful.

we now have double as much members as we started. first tournament went quite well and satisfying. and last friday, birthday party was awesome. we entered a reggae/dancehall party, where eek a mouse had a gig before and we managed to watch him on stage for a few minutes. after that the local soundsystem "top frankin sound", took over and played some fine tunes. lots of beer, sportscigarettes and sweat later, we finished at 04.00 o clok in the morning.
when we stand in front of the club, we had a small circle and kicked a bit. some random guys stand over there and cried: "HAAAAAAAAACKY SAAAAAAAACK!!! at berlin, the were guys from finland and denmark. they kicked ass!!!" we were like 8O "You visited the german footbag open in the yaam??" "Yeehh, Yaam, that´s the name."
wow, what a surprise to meet people in town, that knew footbag and have seen a big big tourney!

on the way home, we went through a subway station and i felt like sliding down the escalator. i think, i should take a small footbag rest, cause i stopped real harsh down there... ouch!

i also played footbag a bit in the past. on friday i had a small session with a youngster. kenny, a 14years old kid, just started to play footbag, but now he has viktors old lavers and he is gonna kick asses! he plays for one and a half months and had a nice run including ss mirage bsos, legover, atw. we have to keep him kicking!!
i was real lazy that day and fooled around a bit with whirls. hit toe whirl > pdx mirage > toe whirl > pdx mirage. i keep on schooling whirls now, cause i don´t have any pains in my knee, so that should be ok.

till later

1.11.2006 Time 2:00 p.m

Uwe, Andre, Ronja, Me on the way..., ...on the way to train! Ronja was special guest today. 8) She liked to watch our trainingsession and chilling in the miniramp. In that moment, we all felt good, so we cant wait to shred...

Time 6:00 p.m
Unna Crew stand in front of a dark closed gym. Something went up into ours brains, "no train ?". Mobilphone -> called alex -> no train! :(
We went into a nearly U-Bahn station... we started to shred and some young spectators joined us.
5-10 minutes of footbag, a secruity guy comes up to us. He was talking to me.. he asked, "is it a gym here, or what?", wow.... i looked really confused, said "what?!". First, i thought he was joking... than he told us to give him our passports with right this comment, " u will get a indicate". And than, we looked CONFUSED!!!!
One spectator took a skateboard with him. That evil evil evil secruity guy saw this one and called for more secruities with this walkytalky.
Two minutes later, 5 security gays, 3 footbager, 2 spectators in the entrance hall @ station Leopoldstraße.
The sitation got out of control. The evil one blamed the skater, to skate at this place... but he didnt. The skater dont want to show his passport, because he dont see the point.
We tried to defent our rights but he dont understand. The evil man called the police.... the skaterguy become nervous and showed him his passport. The police call turned back.
We started to discusting... all in all...

3 Footbager, 2 Specs will get a letter, 3 month house-forbidden (inlcluding all Ubahn stations in Dortmund), a indicate...

Shred = crime
Spec a shred = crime

Was skating for so long time, do so many crimes this time! Now, do so good things like footbag.... germany WHAT UP?!?!

Best trick today,

btf drill by leaving that station

rofl!!!!!!!!!!

oh god, nils.
lol, what can i say????? i wouldn´t have expected that... besides, that yesterday was an official day, where everything had closed, you had veeeeeery bad luck!!! fuck dem securities!!!

i hope, you´re coming today. we have to be prepared for the show on friday!!! lol, i don´t know, if we really should show our double freestyle skills... we´ll see!

i forgot to say, that andre is unbelievable! he also hit that session, i posted about: blurriest, scorpions tail.

i don´t know, who is progressing faster. maybe it´s about your massive pot smoking. perhaps i should start with that again if it boosts like hell!!!

omg. fuck security!

if it wasn´t for something forbidden you had in your pocket i´d had waited for the police. those dumbasses...
next time ask those suckers for their names and write them down. that usually cools them off. you must not show them your passport. but if they ask you to leave you must.
you should reply to that letter and complain about those security guys. really. the people in the office usually do not like them too and they are so replaceable. so getting a guy fired could be possible.
just tell them taht you were unaware of doing anything wrong and that you would have left the place intantly if you were asked to leave in any friendly manner.

btw: that would be an interesting topic: got charged for footbaggin?!

some news:

kenny, the fresh youngster in our team, is exploding. he almost hits a new trick every session. on the last training he had a run with legover bsos, mirage, rake and ss mirage bsos. if i would have that progression...

yesterday we played in the skatepark. we had a chilled session without any hard pushing. i focused to start on my pixies and whirls.

so goals were:

downtime swirl flipside

paradon > dlo bsos

oh and also a cool combo: gyro mirage > stefan´s nuts

wow, today was awesome. we were 10 shredders, meeting up in the small room in the local youth centre.

a new face showed up, marvin from schwerte. i don´t know, how long he is playing, but it looked like he has a good foundation. he started on pixies and rev whirls.

i was very satisfied today. i broke some personal records and hit 2 new 5´s!!!

i started the session with some warm-up, kicks and slow tiltless drilling. after i felt good, i only played with stefan, the guy i kicked yesterday in the guts. he also has a good progression. i guess, he plays for not a whole year and is doing some cool guiltless strings. he plays solid tiltless.

i felt powerful, even i shredded yesterday in bad circumstances for a long time. i managed to break my personal ripwalk > ripwalk record: 3 :D hrhr, from now on, i wanna hit every session one more ripwalk. so let me count......... i will hit 100 ripwalks in 97 days. hm!

the last half an hour, i shredded with andre. he is a maniac, i always feel honoured to kick with him. he hit so much hard moves, i have to think about: .... pdx torque, spinning smp rev whirl, blurry dlo, blazing mirage, whirr, whirling swirl. öhhh

i ended up in hitting lots of ducking clippers in a row: 6 juheeee, next new personal record. oh and also i finally hit a new 5add trick (besides a crappy blurry whirl...): BLURRY DLO .

and my highlight of the day were my two last moves of the session. in the end, i just kept on trying sick moves with andre. andre did spinning blender after a few tries, which rocked me hard!!! i tried smp bubba bsos and pdx dlo, but failed. then andre challenged me to hit ducking pdx drifter. i never really thought of, cause my pdx drifter aren´t that good. but then: SET>DUCK>PDXDRIFTER!!!!! i was stoked and didn´t really realized it at first, cause it was so smooth and i had no problems. everyone was: what?? what was that??? then i thought: man, if i really wanna have that trick, i have to redo it. and again, no problems...

i stayed with my success, without trying again, cause it felt soooo good and i don´t wanted to show up myself, that i could fail that move.

mauaha, nen geiles training!!!

Dicke Props für die neuen Tricks, Alex ! Ducking pdx drifter sure feels sweet,
and fog is also a nice 5 adder - its kinda funny that you couldnt hit "normal"pdx dlo, but you manage to hit blurry dlo, but maby pdx dlo
is too easy for ya 8O

When will you guys make another video ? I'd really like to see some new dexdo footage and also some of Andre's runs, since you and Nils mostly
post about his single moves...

Anyway, keep up the madness and i hope to see yall soon !
