i can hack with my inside and outside foot and stall on inside and outside

i can not do cliipers my toe is always pointing down
(my ankle is [Language - King Monkey])
can some 1 repost the stretches or give me tips

I also use a bead hacky sack appose to a sand 1

can any 1 give me the pros and cons

4. Just crank your ankle as much as possible, it is like streching, your body will become more flexible.

5. You no longer have a bad "hacky sack" you have a bad "Footbag."

6. Sand is easier to stall with, unless you have a professional hand-made bag, that are usually filled with metal BB's or small rocks, but sand is better for begginers.

Welcome! Like Bander was saying, you need a good footbag. A good 4 panel or 8 panel sandbag will really help you improve. I should know, I used to use one of those crochet bags myself! They're about 6 bucks on www.worldfootbag.com . The most popular one that people are using from that website is Mr. Sandbag, but the other sandbags are nice too.

You should also think about getting the special shoes that all footbaggers wear. These also help with nailing all the cool moves. They're called Addidas Rod Lavers and can be found on the website below.

Check out some of the Trick Video Clips at that site above. You can acutally use your arrow keys to make the video go frame by frame, since a lot of the tricks are done pretty fast. If you need help with a specific trick, you can ask here and people will help you. You can also try using the search engine to find a post about the trick you're having trouble with. I'm surprised the mods havn't come in yet, lol.

Don't get too concerned about ankle crank. I thought my ankles wern't able to bend the right way, but it just took time. It took me a few months acuatly for me to be able to hit good clippers, and I still need to school them.
