This is more just something that I've been wondering about. I don't actually have a footfighter. That being said, I've read they are made of a lighter material than that of an abshire or other 32 panal. Thus, they require little to no break. So, my question then is for those of yuo that have them, do you baby them more because of the lighter material, do you refrain from washing? How about massaging? Thanks for your time.

I always take care of my bags wichever they are
My first footfighter took 6 months to get it's first hole
That's how much time it took for it to be used by other players also! Since I used it alone in Afrika

So they last long enough if you never pick with your foot or step on it because you are frustrated..

i bought a FF this summer and it died in 2 months, i was in Mtl with kolo, elis, nick, yacine, ianek mathieu etc etc and we were always playing with my bag... 2 - 3 hours by session about 3 times a week. i washed it every session too.

i learned something about FF bags, they r AWESOME, no break in time at all !!! BUT you must take a REALLY good care of it, use it only when you r warmed up, you can make holes in it very easily. actualy, i have 2 FF right now, i dont play with them unless in a session with my friend. dont put them in your pocket, keep it in your packsack (is it the good english word ??).

personnally, if you want to have a FF, you should have another bag too, when you dont play hardly, when you just want to kick or when you dont want to push your limits.

I baby them...

No one's touching my Footfighter. Well, at least an unexperienced hacky slacker will never lay their impure hands on this great bag. Anyway, I do some shredding with my Footfighter, but always careful that I don't step on it if the occasional "slip" comes into my game. No toe pick ups/scrapes whatsoever. I wash them whenever they get dirty with some shampoo. I've only had mine for at least 2 months now. Now, with the weather cold, i usually take it out and massage it with my hands.

Nice hand warmers I must say.

so i bought 2 footfighters a mounth ago...so i wash them *really* carefully, i'm barely touching them

. And the fighter that i'm playing with already has 2 or 3 really tiny holes.. a friend of mine sais that you shouldn't wash em at all, and i'm beginning to believe him. there is something that i really dont like about the bags, some of the filling (most of it) is quartz sand or something, these are small rocks with really sharp edges and they can cut the fibric when you step on the bag.
but FF are the best bags

FootFighter footbags are designed for freestyle. If you want an extra soft and stallable footbag with good flight precision you got to use thin and soft fabric. In other case bag would be durable but hard to break in and round.

I think you should wash our bags. You can practise if for you is better to not wash it. you got to be carefull when you sqiuze it- when you make it fast there is a chance you make a tiny hole. Every hole you should stick with glue (butapren for example) best when it's still small.- never use "superGlue"!!

If you want this bag be ultra soft after washing you got to masage it until it's dry- got to keep it in hands and play. This makes this bag insane!!

One of my friends lock FF in metal case after every sesion but I don't recomend this pattern. Bag is very soft but smells... you know...

These are only some of tips for you.

I'm never washing a Footfighter again. It became a cheese afterwards. But otherwise, a great bag!

I'm just really careful with my FF, and only use it for freestyle. It's essential to wash any bag, especially FFs. The reason there are holes is how you perform in your game (ie. you yourself stepping on the bag/friernds stepping on bag), not on how you "wash it". That's just silly.
