I'm slowly getting better at gathering and closing. Still could be a little more even on the stitching.

For those of you with blurry shots of your footbags, try using the macro setting on your camera. It's usually labeled with a flower symbol.

I just found out what the flower symbols means on my camera like a week ago, i wish i knew this about 5 months ago. I assumed my cam didn't have a focus switch since it said "automatic focus" in the advertising

I finished this just this morning. It's slightly bigger than a golf ball.

I think i may finally have a sellable product.

You should post your other 2 bags you just made Tob, I think they are excellent though not as good as that orange/white.

Btw Props on that bag, just so everyone knows, if you look closely you might be able to see the secret to it's stitching, it has virtually NO break in time (I shreded it guiltlessly in my new ridgid lavers and bagy pants today and it has had about half an hour finger rolling, toby finished it this morning. It sets and stalls perfectly every time. It's amazing.

The "pents" have 10 sides. The Hexagons are the same as usual - except the space between the stitches is less than on the decagon; so it is quite hard to stitch. It doesn't improve performance, i just wanted to see what would happen.

Speaking of performance:

I made this yesterday, it took about 6 hours. It's the first i have actually finished since the last one i posted. I've done many hours of experimenting and tried about 10 new patterns. I wasn't sure what it would look like, i was only interested in what the bag looks like on the inside.

We shredded for 6 or 7 hours today and it was the bag of choice without any breaking in.

He's right, out of all our bags including about 6 perfectly broken in 32panels, that blue and white bag was the best, totally unbroken in at all.

It is freaky, it grips like crazy so it just can't roll, I could barely hit 2 osis back to back, but I hit 10 back to back easy with that bag, wtf.

It sticks like nothing I have ever played with, I hit fairy gyro mirage first try just because it wouldent roll off my crappy mirage even tho it was so gammy.

I'm amazed.

Do you BTW usually recognize the style of the stitcher? I mean, I could probably recognize Virppa's, Felix's and Ilja's style (though I don't have an Iljabag), and at least from the pics Toby's style is really personal.

I wanna have a blue/babyblue footbag too!

In a sense, I guess some of us do. I've had experiences with Dusters, lesh bags, Carol bags, Mosher bags, abshires, Docbags, O'Wheel bags, Nate bags, etc. - The list just goes on from there. And yes, everyone does have a unique stitching style and preference to their bags, and they make their own judgments on how performance plays a part in them.
