before this is vanishing into thin air, gimme some chances to fill my blog.

Haven't been playing THAT much since my last post, thus nothing really "remarkable" happened.
Mondays Training was cut short, had a long day with school, math lessons and training, linked with a little less sleep. Still, I had some nice runs with pixie stuff and tap.
Fridays Training was'nt really a Training because the gym was closed, so we (justin, thorsten, phillip & me) shredded in the "foyer" of the gym. Justin's been training a lot since Dortmund, he plays 3 times a week on his own, and the achievement is remarkable.
I didn't hit really much, same today, mainly focussed on atomic stuff. I hit Atomic Butterly strongside, 1st time.

Got a lot to learn for Mondays written exams in Biology, next Session Monday's Training.

keep it up peeps.

long time no play

What a week, somehow I feel that I'm going to some kind of deep valley of non-success. I received two bad written examinations in math and history class. Still th End comes closer and closer with the final exams in spring 2006. Plus I'm coming into a little trouble concerning my time-schedule. Still a lot of work to do, but if i see these things as a possiblity instead of a burden, the whole situation changes from "disgusting" to "fulfilling".
Training Session 18th Nov 05
I warmed up on my own, mainly schooling atw's>pixie something and alternating clippers.
I joined a circle with Philip, Thorsten and Mex and did some longer runs containing smear, tap and clipper stuff.
Today I will focus on pdx mirages and stepping I think. Still I'm so curious to hit some atomic tricks. I only hit Atomic butterfly yet.

My advice : Do not work at two many concepts at one time .
I propose to grab one or two concepts per session and the next session take two/one others. All in all do not work at more than 5 concepts in general .

I hope you get what I wanted to tell you .

props for atomic butterfly dude.

To your school stuff:

Good luck with your exams and put some effort in a good time management then you will be much more relaxed when studying - just my two cents.

Bad marks are not that bad at all - analyse the reason for them and CHANGE it .

My former teacher told me :

Every a genius makes mistakes but only a fool makes one mistake a second time .

Thanks for the Comment Jochen, it really does feel good if someone replies, i feel more and more isolated with each day added in the calendar. *sighs*
I will try to realize the footbag related stuff. Concerning school, I put mpre focus on it.

Training Session
Todays Train was a bit unusual, because the keyholder was missing. So we discussed what to do and finally decided to train.
Matthias and Clemenz were our guests today, sick guys, awesome tricks and interesting playingstyles.
At the beginning (after warmup) i focussed on pdx mirage, hit it a few times, but I get more and more feeling for clipper and consorts. I'm of the oppinion that you need a bit of sluggishness for all this. To get the Flow :)
Also Clemenz told me that my clippers are too far away from my support leg if I'm attempting stepping. Still I think that I'm going to focus on flip pixie before schooling stepping. I will try as Jochen advices.

And as I am speaking of Mr. DoctorJay, I am so curious about next two-three days, I'm expecting my first handstitched bag \o/

Woah, tough week that i went through I'm tellin ya..
On Tuesday I was so down, I had no motivation for nothing at all, I was constantly pissed off, tired, sick, ill, mentally wasted - and this all combined over 3 days with it's peak on tuesday - nothing you'd like to share.
I'm very glad I came to play Footbag yesterday and today. Yesterday's Training was mainly dipping back into matter Footbag after a week of no game at all. I spent the evening with a friend of mine at a Bar called Celona (=Barcelona) and i drunk like 2 1/2 Long Island Ice Tea. Apart from that I had a really deep conversation with him in which he explained me that he's having a rough time trusting anyone but himself. Hard Tobacco I tell you.
Well, this morning was colored by the evening before == bad belly constitution. So i mainly recovered and learned a bit Biology for classes.
I was uncertain whether I would really go to Train, but in the end i felt better and went to the City. Had a 'delay' of approx 30mins arriving @ Gym 07.00pm

I mainly tried to focus especially on Atomic, I really thought about the move itself which is always something that improves my understanding of the motion. I tried to carry it to the extreme with attempts (came down to be a few tens) of Atomsmasher, but the Mirage dex is really something i have to improve, apart from my setting qualities. I always missed to stall it, having a lack of dunno, 1 sec for the stall?!?! Mirage out of toe is no big deal, but pdx mirage is already different, to say nothing of atomic mirage. I will watch a few videos again, especially yves kreil with his remarkable nice symp atomic skills.
To stay at Video Topic: I recently watched the Vid of Jorden Gym Session, making my call out a loud whoa, nice!, also Vaseks Paris Trip, but much more often the French Open 05 Clip from Arthur. Yeh, I want French-German Footage \o/
I am inofficially new Hallenwart of Saturdays Gym which means I am the keyholder (had bad experiences being w/out key at gym = no permission to stay).
I also have a webcam now! :D Watch out MSN People

Rough Week..Next Week will be even harder, 3 written examinations!!

Training 2nd December
I was so looking forward to shred again, i even took my DOCBAG (YAY!!!) into fitness workout. did a little atw's and stuff, was funny :)
Before i got to train, i took the docbag of Mex who is ill since a week for having a little choice while train.
Arriving at Gym, i warmed up with my new bag (yes, i've got a docbag), and i felt pretty good, mainly focussing on guiltless runs.
pdx mirage bsos
tried to hit atomsmasher, but somehow I assume that I'm simply lacking speed with the setting leg. the set is good for tap, but not for any atomic stuff.
I'll practice on that further on, e.g. tomorrow saturday train =)

Well, i did that, believe me..

Before i got to the Gym, there was a new BMW Car standing on the railway tracks which needed to be moved by the passengers of the Tram (including me) Somehow Time has something against me coming to any appointment in time O_o

Anyways, Warmup was pretty nice, tried to do a long run containing alternating mirage and legover, atw, pickup, well, the basic 2add 1dex tricks to get the muscles ready for the insane movement - crazy style

Starting to Play with Sebastian and Thorsten somehow ignited (did ignite - is ignited right? :?:) my battery, and i hit some solid runs with butterflies, smears and pdx/far combos.
hit smear bsos, will try smudge bsos next train on friday - :| 5 long days until next session :x
As the Training went further on, and Flo joined the Freestyle Circle (Oldschool Frankfurt :D) i focussed rather on atomic than pixies (bah, gotta drill magellans, did not hit a single one), and after a few attempts that were really really close...

I HIT ATOMSMASHER!!! :)

ending into a really funny clipper anything, and only strongside, but damn I'm happy!

Wow, Sebastian also told me that I might could hit something like atomic quantum butterfly with more practice, cause I tried to do the mirage as a quantum dex. mhhm. need more speed :D
Footbag rocks yay \o/ - now I'll watch 4.12 adventvid :P

Aw, two Trainings lie behind me, and I must say, that I can certainly feel the progress.
At last two Sessions on 9th and 10th I mainly tried to focus on my flipside. I tried Stuff like Symposium Blur or Symp Tapping, not really hitting it, but the Try was worth it.
Yesterday we had again Guests outta the region, matthias if I'm right and clemenz. I really like playing with those Guys, Clemenz still off the hook and matthias also doing nice nice stuff.
My Ripwalks did really improve over the last trains, and my atomics are also working better and better, flip still needs a lot of training tho, same with pixies =)

Hey atomsmasher is big !!

I do not know but I think you should not neglect your clipper/ butterfly game.

I mean I can hit atomsmasher about 10 % and only for a few weeks but legbeater is soooo much easier for me so I wonder why you do not school these tricks .

I think hitting atomic quantum mirage/ legover is super cool dude but I guess the clipper game will give you the opportunity to hit like 10 new tricks at every set you will learn in future.

good luck and do whatever you want - just my two cents.

Ridiculous Contrasts.. as I was happy with my game on saturday, I was so unconfident with my game yesterday at Training. Additionaly, or maybe the reason for this was that I was the onliest freestyler.. Playing alone surely can help you, but as I'm actually used to play in circles, it was a tough time.
I could hardly focus on anything in peculiar, mainly did runs containing links of basic 2's and butters.

I hit 9 Infinites - extended my record from 8 to 9 - watch out Daryl :P
+
hit Legbeater strongside "clean" thanks for the reminder jochen..

Aw...got some probs with my belly, will go to the doctor on friday, maybe he'll reactivate my trust in medical science :/

woah, the last post has been totally overseen by me, thanks Daryl, hooked you up with my latest numbers, gimme a call.

As I'm just returned from Training, I'll sum up a bit of news of the last couple of days, been playing on fri,sat and mon today.
Friday: Great Warmup, had couple of long runs with main 2's and a bit of infinities. Then I mainly tried to consolidate my sets, speaking of pixies atomics and stepping stuff. This was rather a day of long runs, adding more clipper to my game.
Saturday: Only Sebastian and me as full-time freestylers that day, Flo indeed joining us (who is reactivating a bit of his freestyle skills, still hitting ripwarriors and ripwalks, phew..), switching between net and freestyle. I was in the mood for Atomics and integrated more tap into the runs, most often 4-6 contacts as far as I can remember right now (don't rely on my memory :P).
Monday: Bad Day for Hannes Daniel, 2003 Intermediate's double-Net worldchamp who fell on his ankle at the end of the train. He'll probably suffer some time on that :?
To my Game: Cool! I'm definately making efforts. The Consistency of my game endures further and further. My Tap's are pretty solid (for having 'em learned in October!), i hit Legbeater Strongside sometimes, flipside rolled of my foot couple of times (3x?). Linking of Tricks is something i will have to practice, aw I'm glad about new Drills, thanks Daryl!
Pixie Flip still needs practice, hit some Magellans today (yay - happy!! :D) - maybe if I invest less thoughts into pixie it will workout, just an idea right at this moment while I'm typing

Tomorrow written examinations in math first two hours, and then some days to relax before study for Abitur 06 start.

what a bad freestyle day.. geez I'm tellin ya, last two sessions at our winterplace at Thorsten's Wohnheim were everything else than cool for me.
First Evening was not good at all. I felt an awkward pain in my right leg which constricted my whole game. Even the presence of three other players than me didn't improve that day at all.
Today was even more grucial. It came down to Thorsten and me being at his place, reactivating the christmas legs. He was struck by his belly (yesterday were DrunkenMasters 05 - Net + Alcohol @ Gym), and i was much more focussed on scratching the **** off of my skin (got bad neurodermatitis) than doing any kind of tricks.
Still i hit like 2 or 3 Osis, Thorsten brought me on the idea to give it at least a try.
The Wheather turned from Sunny to Blizzard, also not the best for my plans :?

Well, i guess that there have to be 'less successful' days in life, apart from the good ones .. mhhhm :I

heya, had a nice session yesterday with Thorsten and Max at T's Spot.
Still astonished from the berlinshreds video, i warmed up with some toebombs (can do a lot now) using T's felix bag. It's getting better and better, just needs some break in time.
I had at least three longer runs containing dimwalk legbeater and smear/smudge amongst some 2 or 3 adders.
One cool run was
plo>tap>toe>legbeater>far legover>smear as far as i can remember
Hit symposium mirage back 2 back :)
The play was much more fun than the last days, felt no pain or dizzyness, perfect for train.
Experience shows: butter>pdx mir is not as easy as it seems! + Yet I can not place a set high enough for a ducking out of clipper, need more muscles

back again for no good.

after a long time without internet access, i finally got the opportunity to archive a bit of my progress.
got a lot on my mind these days, it's the weather that keeps my thinking about each and everything, which is most often rather hindering than helping to solve a problem or to come to a conclusion :?
anyways, i am studying a bit for my " university-entrance diploma", in german: Abitur. I have to learn a lot for written exams in History, Biology and Math, besides learning for the normal written exams. Totally fucked up system in the state i'm living in (hessen); some friends already passed their tests :(

As i'm featured with a bad health, my body condition keeps me from playing footbag and gym-train (bad stomach&both sides ignition of tendon sheath)
Still i managed to go to train yesterday.
I focussed on clippers and butterfly. New Record: 11 Infinities !!
Legbeater flipside rolled off my foot a dozen times.
Tried to hit quantum and found out that i'm lacking a lot of strength in my legs, be it for quantum sets or other symposium stuff besides usual symp mirage.
Stepping gets worse and worse, somehow it seems that i'm loosing everything i 'learned' once fades away, same with pixies O_o either it was a bad day, or.. well

friday next train, i hope..

Mr. Shredalicious is back :D
I've been playing on Friday and Saturday, and hat some good experience with my game.
TinTin joined me on Friday with whom i chilled after Training till Midnight (shots to my man at this point yo sebp76! die kioskchabs)
-> got new glasses, can't shred with them
Saturday: Came from the Soccer Game Eintracht - Hannover - lost 0:1, frustrating! + forgot my shorts at home :/
Fortunately Milli did show up who is living close to the gym, which gave me the possibility to get a shorts from her :)
Had a good game this day, toe game was rather disappointing but clipper game is getting better.

hit legbeater flipside; ripwalk b2b, got the feeling for stepping a little bit more (it's this sidestepping thing, i need to focus on the dexing leg and a good balanced foot position, fast switch from setting to standing foot)
almost hit legbeater bsos in the entrance room with all people of the club chatting and watching me there; still it rolled off of my flip

and again 5 days till next shred

what a long time without modified..why got the url changed?

anyways..
only less than 3 weeks left until written exams abitur 2006 for me. the stress rises slowly but constantly, i'm telling you.. everything else than adorable.

I am mutating into a netplayer. last three trainings I've been either the onliest freestyle player (very low motivation) or Thorsten and I couldn't focus that much  A nice game indeed, though I appreciate Freestyle much more.
I am so looking forward to spring, can't tell you guys, but still it is -3°C here in frankfurt :'(

And there are exactly 2 weeks until written exams for Stngo (my nickname).

Had quite a nice session with philip today, unfortunately we hadn't any musical support due to the missing ghettoblaster :/
That's really a main point of critic at training sessions. I mean, I would take care of, but my way home back from train is friggin ass long, which keeps me from takin it with me.
Well, apart from my spoiled problems, i hit omelette - atomic illusion one side. my flipside is still to go, tho my flipside illusion wasn't really available today.
Also I am trying to hit Whirl. Phipson and Chris gave me some instructions. Still I'm not really smooth with that jumping thingy, taking speed from the setting leg.
Tomorrow next Training YAY! :D
