Do alot of you post in or read other web forums? I sometimes do and i realized they all suck compared to modified.
90 percent of the people on other forums are idiot teenage lunatics or just pyscho nerds who never leave their houses.
And the mods on other forums are out of control and just as bad as the worst posters, i was on a forum where seriously over half of the topics were locked with no explanation as to why.
Its not like this at modified. Everyone is cool. the mods are chill, topics dont get locked unless they are really stupid. There are no morons writing racist crap. People dont get banned unless they are ridiculous like the great waldo faldo.
And yet there is some drama, its not so in order to the point where it gets boring. a flame war here is actually out of the ordinary, not every topic like most other forums. So when a fight does break out its interesting.
My point is- modified is cool.

That was a hilarious joke the mods did. I seriously LOL'ed when I tried to comment and realized the thread was locked.

Just goes to show how cool the mods are.

By the way, modified is the only forum I go to at all anymore.

Modified has brought me into contact with MANY european players, one of which hosted me and Tom at her house for 4 days on our journey to Euros. Modified introduced me to my best friend. Modified gives me something to do all day

Modified keeps me connected with all you wonderful people (and some people that suck SO BAD but they're just funny, so it's entertaining).

For these reasons, and so many others...
