last winter, i played outside every day that there was clear pavement. which happened to be just about every day. there was a foot of snow on the ground, but the pathway out in front of my dorm building was cleared so i would play there every night (from like midnight till 2 or 3) in front of a streetlamp, shorts and all in below zero temps.

Extreme footbag…

Shredding outside in very cold and dark conditions is actually quite normal in Denmark (&Finland!) during the winter season. I my experience, footbag often get more extreme at competitions compared to practice sessions. Like Vaska being able to win all the competitions after getting a total of 6 hours sleep during a Worlds week!

At the Euros in Budapest 2002, the last qualifications round was played after dark. The solution to the missing light was solved fast by parking a car with its lights on in front of the venue. Vasks almost managed to take his performance to his usual level, but it really annoyed other players so they had to make a new round for this last pool the day after.

During Euros in Frankfurt 2003 I had I serious accident during the infamous fireshow. Trying to play firesack and at the same time blow fire the area where the sack should be kicked + a lot of reckless fire brerathing caused lungdamage and chemical lemonier. I was coffin blood for a week and my sweat smelled of lamp oil. Never the less I managed to play my routine a Worlds 9 days after with no air to breathe or shape to come along.

That same year it was a pretty warm summer I Europe. In Germany they broke their heat record (36 Celsius degrees) on the final Sunday of Euros in Frankfurt. Vaska and Ryan still played some of their best routines midday when it was really boiling at the venue.

Some friends and me were in some little mountains...then we decided to shred a little bit and to take some photos ;)
the whole action ended when i kicked my bag down a hill and climbed just climbed behind it to take it bag...was fucking dangerous but a lot of fun

Just about a week ago, I was really sick and I was wearing short pants and no shirt, it was cold so I coughed a lot. I dunno why but I must have been crazy or something. I played for 2 hours and I think my cold got worse. But it was worth it, I mastered legover that day...
