What music do you listen to you when you are really angry?

Post by C-Fan »

I bet a lot of people will say Rage Against the Machine, but for me its old Nine Inch Nails, like Pretty Hate Machine.

Other good anger music?

im not angry that often but ratm is a good one, theres not really anything killing in the name of cant solve.

also the dillinger escape plan, everytime i die or norma jean... all those if i wanna stay angry. if i wanna become happy again, which i usually do, then ill put on buckethead or any good indy rock dancing tunes.

Nine Inch Nails is awesome for that.
Linkin Park works well too, as does System of a Down.
Then there's particular songs that seem to fit the bill, like "Do You Miss Me?" by Lucky Boys Confusion.

Are you angry Ken? Wanna... talk about it? :)

EDIT: I listen to RATM when I'm not angry-- weird.

I don't get mad often...at all, really (it usually takes a lot to make me mad). I would imagine me listening to From Autumn to Ashes when I do get mad. Their guitarists are very, very talented, and they just 8O me when I hear them play.

I generally don't have a particular music for when I'm pissed off. I don't need music to let other people know that.

But, if any music is playing, it's along the lines of metal. Brutal death metal.

pretty hate machine is anger music? I think broken is more angry and lame... Iced Earth would work I'll bet, no one can help but laugh at that silly garbage, so it might be uplifting in that manner. But seriously, just try spanking it when you're real mad and anxious and you can't contain yourself (just not in public) - don't take that advice if you have chronic anger problems though.. it could turn into another chronic condition - and that would ruin your freestyle career 8)

I don't know what everyone else meant, but I don't listen to the music I listen to, to let others know I'm angry or to make me more angry; I usually listen to it to calm me down.

Sonic Youth: A little bit trippy, always intense and yet strangely mellow at times.

Joe if you like pink floyd check out this band if you haven't already that is.

Deftones get me calmer. This is played in the car, usually after a shitty day of work.

Yeah, but Ed Gein was a sick fuck and there shouldn't be a band named after him. May have been mentally unstable, but...mnnnnnuuuugggghhhhh.....

haha listen to napalm death lol
Your next task: Go to the bathroom.
Wash your face.
Put your shoulders hunched upwards.
Look really, really slowly upwards towards the mirror like in the movies
And slap yourself in the face.
With your game face on.
And go shred with jim.
It'll work, trust me.
