Gravity is a suggestion, not a law.
I think the thing about high add tricks is that there are a lot of different components so usually there can be many different things you need to work on and you might need to explain what you're having trouble with to get good and useful tips for it.
I'd advise getting good at pdx blender and spinning whirl and spinning osis. If you can hit those at 50% of the time each (if not better) then you really shouldn't have too much trouble with spinning blender. I find it helps to keep the spin set tight and close to me and get into position for the blender as early as possible - but don't try dexing the bag too early - wait until your whole body is actually in position before going for it (usually when I fuck it up it's because I start dexing before I've spun far enough).

Spinning paradox blender is one freaking hard trick. There hasn't been a trick in a long while that I couldn't figure out on my own but I can't make this consistent. Am I not in the loop with some secret to this one? Any tips?

Ricky told me to hit it fast and tight. I approach spinning pdx whirl as a full spin that is set behind me and straight up and down, then I just go for the whirl as it slots right back to where my foot is. However, with spinning paradox whirl, I approach it like a gyro mirage or vortex set wise, keeping the set close to me and under my extended arm and then... blender.
Also, at what height do you start the whirling/blender motion and what height do you tend to delay the bag?
It seems like I'm only doing the blender at about knee height since you can't really stretch it out like a whirl. And in that case, I delay the bag at almost the last possible instant.
