Slap on the longjohns, slap on the shorts, shred outside. Although it's hard to find a dry spot.

British winters are pretty miserable and I prefer exerting myself in the evening, so when the days start shortening I can pretty much write off outdoor shredding.
I've got enough space in my room, and I go to juggling clubs to shred with the only other footbagger I know of in London. Scene's not too hot here.

Woohoo, day before yesterday: -1 Celsius. I know, pretty miserable, but I'm still waiting for the real winter to come. I don't shred totally outdoors though, but in a space where is absolutely no heating whatsoever. Outdoors it's too muddy and wet, the bag and the shoes don't like it.
What? Longjohns? No way, style before comfort.
edit: let's have a competition; who'll get sick first.

i play inside! we have enough place for shredding at home
but i'm not playing as much as in summer!
in germany playing outside in winter isn't really possible for me.
it's too cold and rainy or snowy...
in summer, you have great warm weather, you go out to a parc and meet some friends and so it's more fun than playing inside.

I shredded today. WITH SNOW.
My longjohns are like, BRIGHT red. Style? Doesn't even factor in. At all.

It just snowed today, and with some proper clothing, it's still shredable. It isn't until there are piles of snow that shred starts to become a problem.
I get a lot of slack for shredding in my dungeon basement, but it sure beats shredding in the winter outdoors. I'm also converting my bedroom so that I can shred in there more easily.

I really wanna get a loft bed so I can shove all the furniture under my bed... then I'll have space to shred!! that'd be SICK!
Right now, there's still not too much snow and I shred outside mostly. I live in a condominium where all the condos attatch with a big tunnle leading to everyone's garages. I shred in the tunnel when the gets to be too much snow... it gets kinda chilly in there though.
I think Mosher's house is the most footbag friendly house I've ever been in... so much open space EVERYWHERE!! it's amazing...
Keep it real!

I started kicking at my apartments clubhouse, they have a raquetball court. Tonight I tried a late solo shred at 10 pm or so but after a little while a few high school kids showed up with balls to play dodgeball. I asked if they mind waiting and they actually said Quote: "No its ok we wanna watch you shred."
I was like, you know what footbag is? They knew what it was even though they werent kickers and they even knew it was called shred. So i kicked for a little while longer but then there were like 15 of them waiting so I gave up and let them play. With a couple more weeks practice Ill be good enough that I wont mind them all staring and watching me I hope!

Most of the time we play inside our school, right after we get out, me and pat that is. Then we will tough it out at the gazebo outside every now and then, its really cold and it slows you down a lot. I really don't like the cold when it comes to footbag, I can't wait for spring already.

I play outside where its a nice 50 degrees F. There are a few benefits to living in the desert.

Amateurs practice until they can get it right.
Professionals practice until they can't get it wrong.
No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

Put on a layers of long-sleeve tees and a sweater to shred, and leave those beautifully bare and hairy legs to the blistering cold.
Although I have to agree its really hard to find dry ground, and shredding on wet ground may lead to your ass coliding with the ground.
