Thats the Rod Laver that i have i realized was so hard to cut the first layer off, was that a right shoes for modify? or no ? need help >_<
Is it ok to not modify it for this model?
Can anyone show me Mesh Rod LAver Modify Pic ? cuz i have always seen Leather one and never seen how a Mesh Rod Laver modified. Can anyone of u have Pics of teaching Mesh Rod LAver modifying ?
Do u cut the inner LAyer? cuz is so freaking hard to that ! It seem there's no layer, so thin >_<;Is a sharper knife better? cuz my knife is so hard to cut through the first inner layer if i use too much energy i may make a hole . Leather one seem alot easlier to modify ... hmm
use a razor blaze so much sharper and presice , just make a tiny cut and check it everytime until you hit the mesh the inside layer is called canvas. and jsut do that and keep on peeling back.
how long do u need to take to break in ? i guess if I cut the inside layer i can break in faster right ? Anyway i just really couldn't see the layer between them *_*;
Any other Question do i need to take the bottom layer off which has the adiddas sign on it ?
When it comes to modding, it really all boils down to what you want to do, doesn't it? There were some great sites posted in this thread...that basically answer any questions you should have about modding your lavers...after that it's all personal preference.

Ripping out the stock insoles right off the bat is prolly a good idea, cuz once they start to wear out they become a pain in the ass. They'll peal out in lil chuncks and who needs that agravation?? They WILL wear out and you'll need to get higher quality ones, so why not do it now while it's easy?
IMO (for inside serface ONLY) you should skip the anti-cnavas mod and just cut out both mesh and canvas all together!! It's easier... then when you've got your huge gaping hole and you're wondering "WTF did I just do to my shoes??!" you bust out some facile and patch up the hole with that. Baste it in, then glue gun on inside and out for extra suport... I LOVE that mod!
Just take hood's advice on moding the toe of your shoe... I recommend the tubing mod too. (found on hoodshouse)

Buddy, first of all: have you ever personaly used a shoe with these mods? I've seen posts of yourse before, and you're always just as rude as this... If the answer to my first question is yes, then I think you should go over whatever pros and cons you can come up with before trashing my entire post without an explanation.
After the initial toe box mod, the mod you just trashed is easily the best mod I've ever done. I'd love to hear the con's on it, because I can't think of any... enlighten me?
There's no question that the shoes are less watterproof and less durable but the difference is small between facile and mesh inside sufaces. Hah, I've gotten alot of wierd comments about my shoes, but that makes me love them even more! Being unique is awsome...
Again, I'm not taking taking anything away from the downsides you listed. However, I wear my lavers everywhere and I've yet to encounter a problem due to that mod, or any other. I think the decrease in durability and resistance to water is a small price to pay for how much they helped my game.
While this mod may be great for you, and admittedly I love uniquely modded shoes and would enjoy seeing pics of yours- this is not a mod to recommend to someone modding their first pair of lavers who probably doesn't have facile and is just getting into footbag
Some people [allan haggett] do nothing other than a toe mod
I don't think this is appropriate advice to a beginner who has no experience modding when it could easily go horribly wrong, no one else does it, there is no posted guide, it will most likely cut down on the life of the shoes dramatically, and everyone else is fully capable in mesh or canvas anyways
