but it is hard to say just one is the best,
i own Foshizza, The Sickning, tott 1&2, Ripwalk/ends, and i used to have lions den, but no longer.

For the Oscars, members of the academy are required to view every movie nominated in a particular category before being able to cast a vote. So, for example, were I a member of the academy and wanted to vote Bowling for Columbine as best documentary, Id be required to view every other documentary nominated for an Oscar that year before casting a vote.
The purpose of this system is fairly obvious: it ensures that voters make a more informed decision; how, otherwise, can one know if any given movie is indeed `the best?`
Similarly, I refrained from voting in this poll, as I havent seen all the movie candidates.
All that said, Ive watched/owned a veritable assload of videos in my day, so here are some reflections:
Best first impression: Aggressive Grounds. When I first saw this shred vid, I was blown away. I remember watching the black and white Ahren shred scenes and thinking: it looks like hes playing in heaven!
Best name: Bust Out Now. The first run on the tape is from the last session of worlds 2000, right before everybody was kicked out of the room. Somebody yells out: `5 more minutes, so everybody bust out now!`
Best music: Time2Jam. The music just gets me pumped.
Best artistic direction: The Lions Den. That intro scene, and the cutting, the way it goes with the music... I was very impressed. Easily the best artistic presentation on any footbag vid to date still.

C-Fan, I gotta agree with you about seeing each vid before voting. However, I eagerly await the results.
I'm looking to get a new footbag vid and I want to get the 'biggest bang for my buck' (so to speak).
At present, I've got TOT & TT2, Footbag Assassin, and Overground, and I gotta say... Any vid with freestyle is a good vid. But still, it costs HEEPS to get a vid sent to Australia, so I want to be sure it'll be well worth it.

It's basicly a 'how to' vid done by Lynton Stevens. It's not bad, but the soundtrack bites.QuantumBalance wrote:There is a video called footbag assassin?
You can order it from hotsac (don't know the url) footbags.
There's less tricks on it compared to TT2, but the slow motion footage is pretty good. Lynton gives a good description on how to hit the tricks in Assassin, so combine that with TT2, and you can't loose.

We need a double elimination style vote.
like, whats better lions den or ripwalk?
then the winner goes to the winners bracket, and so on.
and ONLY those who have seen both of the competing videos can vote.
this will ensure that the right video is number 1, according to what ken somolinos stated above. but this way, you also get a 2d and 3rd place.

I like Where the Ripwalk Ends the best overall, with Aggressive
Grounds coming in a close second, but all Chad's and Dan's productions
rock the house and Raw Shred oldskool is bomb.
I saw "Buda's Best" at Todexon and it was first rate--one of the best productions ever, super funny and entertaining, kind of like the perfect
introduction to the european stylers and scene. I had a copy in my hands
to take home but I realized I couldnt watch it cause of the European format--I was bummed. Everyone needs to see this vid. Fred get us a copy we can watch over here!!!!
