Where to buy lead shot?

Hi. Right now I am using steel shot in my bags, and am looking for a place to buy LEAD (or another non-rusting metal) shot, size 7 or 8. Preferably in 5-10 pound quantities.

I don't know any websites but I got my lead shot from a gun supply store. You have those in the US right?

Nathan, which size steel shot do you use? Like how many pellets/oz., that's how it's listed on the site.

And, for everyone who is afraid they might eat their footbag by accident, they even have copper coated.

Jake, right now I am using size 7 (340 pellets/oz) steel shot, but I am thinking of switching to a smaller size.

Haha, I was actually going to say something, but the stuff I saw said 'nickel' and 'copper-plated' lead shot, so I didn't know if that was still what you wanted.

I used to use lead (non coated) but I switched to steel. I preffered the lead, but since it wasn't coated, I didn't wanna use it. A friend of the familly is looking into something called Bizmuth (prolly didn't spell that right) wich is like a natural version of lead, wich is therefore non-toxic. Even if the coating comes off *stick tongue out*! hah. I've never used this Bizmuth stuff before, but it sounds great!! same kinda density as lead, but rougher! That's the part that really appeals to me... the thing about both lead and steel shot is that (unlike aqurium rocks) they are perfectly spherical, and they slide all over eachother. If you could get, basically, super-heavy aquarium rocks that didn't get all crushed up wouldn't that be amazing!!??

Don't you want...not rough things inside? I'm no pro bag maker, but I was given the impression that if the filler you use is rough, your bag will have holes faster than you can say 'Extra Orifice'.

Maybe I used the wrong word... Uneven is good.

Jagged or rough filler would undoubtedly devour your bag like lightening.
