This weekend i am going to work out my routine.
I am going to use some music from daft punk i think.
I am going to gun for a 4-4-4 for my sick 3.
I am thinking dimwalk>pdx dlo>double over down.
How about you my friend.

Jesse, I'd like to suggest you save up some money and get a few sessions with a personal trainer. Seriously.
I don't think you need to loose weight, but it seems you have an issue with having solid legs. And that's not going to be fixed by loosing weight.
Save some money, go see a personal trainer, and they will surely be able to help you out, if you stick with it. Especially after your few sessions have finished.
I actually had a small session with Foxy yesterday. It was so humid, I felt like a fish, breathing water. I played well, considering the state I was in. Foxy was rusty as hell, but still hit some good stuff.
After visiting him, I think Foxy has found his new passtime/hobby. I think we'll loose foxy, as I don't think he's got the same dedication to the game, any more.
I know he was not as keen, after his first break, but after this last one, I can tell the passion has died a little more and now he's just looking for something else to fight the boredom.
Anyway, he says he'll be in on Monday night.

Just remember that guys can suffer from eating disorders, too.
Foxy's not gay (to my knowlege), but I don't see how his sexual preference is of concern.
I just think he lacks direction. However, now he's working as an apprentace mechanic... he's around cars all day, every day... it's only natural that he'd want to make more of it and persue that part of his life.

It seems to me as if your implying I have one....NotHisRealName wrote:Just remember that guys can suffer from eating disorders, too..

I was using "gay" in my terms.
Hagesy:
I dunno when I can shred again bro...I hope its soon. This toe has really messed with my game. Clipper positioning and all.....
Hopefully back one day.

Threesome! Woo Hoo!
Shredded with Foxy and Caroline tonight.
Caroline has got herself some new Lavers! They're un-modded, atm, but she'll get comfortable in them soon enough. Tonight she hit a Mirage>pixie combo a few times!
Foxy is still rusty. He also hit some cool combos, and repeated his Butterfly swirling dragon osis>peaking osis. 2 consecutive DLO's (dropping on the 3rd).
Me, I had some good spins... they felt right. I also hit PS Whirl again, Foxy saw it, and it was good.
I also managed Ripwalk B2B, MID RUN!!! That was way cool. Most impressed with that.
Blur>Dimwalk>Pdx Mirage! It was cool to hit something out of a blurry set move.
I was a little disappointed in how I played tonight, however. I was getting a little frustrated with certain aspects of my game, and found myself wanting to throw the bag. I think I was just a little distracted, though, and had too much pressure on myself to do well tonight.
But I did do well. Some ok runs... some cool combos... PS Whirl again (that was reassureing)... and the iceing on the cake - ripwalk back to back.

Wow, you're kicking ass Gareth! Good stuff! Glad to hear Foxy is playing some too, its a shame I didn't get to meet him. I'm also stoked to hear Caroline got Lavers. They should help her develop her clipper game. Even if Foxy isn't going to stick with footbag long term, its always a good thing to have a 3rd person in the shred circle. It paces things better, and you get new ideas.
