Hey Mike im glad you like freestyle footbag.

Some things you will notice right away is this sport isnt exactly about being good its more about challenging yourself to get better. So take your time and practice that trick i showed you (its called around the world aka ATW) practice it both sides and try it both directions (that will feel hard at first but just stick with it)

but yeah practice toe delay inside kicks inside delays and mix in some atws.

Thats a good way to start and you will progress from there. This message board will keep you informed on when loval events are happening. This is a great comunity that wants to see this sport grow and will treat you like an equal no matter how newbie you sound you will always feel welcome (unless you post stupid shit)

So i guess im saying welcome and enjoy this uknown special little world we call freestyle footbag.

p.s. Tell your freinds

Welcome, indeed. My best advice for starting up is, don't be too intimidated by players who can do more tricks than you. Actually, don't be intimidated at all. I learn solo off the internet all the time, so I'm progressing a bit slow, but it's just a matter of time before I'm hitting crazy-go-nuts kinda tricks.

Anyway, welcome to the community!

Welcome! Keep playing footbag! Get Lavers, a sandman and realize that even though you may never be the best, you will never be the worst ;) its not how many times you drop the bag but rather how many times you pick it up.
