Ok It's been a while I did'nt look at this

here's what I can do, rating everything from strong, to average, to poor and finally very poor

SPINS/DUCKS:
Spins/dives : strong
spin ducking, gyro diving: average
ducking diving weaving zulu: strong

SETS:
pixies/pixie ducking : strong

fairy : strong on one side, average on flip

atomic: average both sides

steps: average both sides

quantum: poor both sides

DOWNTIME:
drifters: strong
pdx drifters: average
whirl/pdx whirl: strong
symp whirl/ps whirl one sided, average
barfly/motion/reaper: one side strong, flip very poor
double switch: strong
reverse whirl: one sided,average
dyno: strong, flip average
blender: average flip poor
pdx blender: poor, flip very poor
dlo: strong and flip average
eggbeater: average
reverse swirl: average, poor flip
swirl: poor
symple rev swirl: average
symple swirl: one sided, poor
symp mirage: strong, average flip
ps mirage: average, poor flip
flail, one sided, very poor

BASICS:
pickup, legover, illusion,mirage, butterfly: strong but could be better.


Please don't do drills including only poor elements, be realistic.

I will hit every drill or try to and post video.

REFUSED CHALLENGES:
pixie ss drifter > fog > RPT (way too hard, never hit flip fog, can barely step out of drifters)
vortex > blur > quantum ss butterfly > RPT (can barely step out of drifters, never hit quantum ss butter.)

pixie pickup > illusion > pickup > smudge > rpt (start on weakside pixie ;))

double switch > datw in to out

atomic pickup > smear > rpt (or smear > atomic pickup > rpt.. for your flip pixie ;))

Ok please no more atomic challenges, as I said they are horrible and I got enough to work on them right now :D
the pixie drill is nice I will defenetly try it on monday
I'll try to double switch > datw on flipside, ive done it on strong side many times midstring

thanks for those new challenges everyone!
besides the torques, and flip stepping that I will surely work really hard on soon, I think it's all good

the paradon diving ducking string is pretty nice, I need to hit flip dlo tough, Never worked on it, but I think it will come in fast, its my good step too, should be fine

I'll drill a lot of basics the next week to come back stronger to acheive the other challenges.
