I'm actually pretty keen to kick today, too.
Today is my last day off (a 5 day long weekend - cos of stress, I guess, work gave me an extra day off, giving me a solid holiday), and I've got alot of chores to do. I'm thinking about adding 'Schooling [tricks]' to that list.
Oh, and completely unrelated to footbag... I'm 75% into a CS: S clan. There's a trial period where I wear a [T] in my player name. I dunno how long that lasts for, before I become [SHOOTER]NotHisRealName

I think thats so true. Footbag does that to you. Once you get to *that point* footbag will always be a part of you, and mull around inside you.
He also might have said that because when ever he came over my house I would be doing something footbag associated or showing him vids.

im so physced about nats. I dont think this year will be *my year* cause of this gay injury. Its my first REAL injury that has actualy hurt my footbag game and I dont like it one bit. Oh well.

You should have applied when you were first thinking about it. Now I think it's too late. Most businesses (especially big chains, like Dick Smiths) like to have a trained team comming into *this time of year*. With it now December... I would say most positions will have already been filled.

Just got an reply email from my Dad. I emailed him cause he says I never contact him. (ignore the punctuation, hes a n00b with computers)
"hey jesse i got your email son. seriously jesse why bother at all i have not spoken to you in a while. you said well whenever i call you barely have time to talk anyway and josiah is the same your mother has done a great job she has duplicated herself. i love my children very much i dont need anybody to tell me that and i will always love you but seriously jesse i would have prefered that you not email me"

I emailed him back and said something like "would you rather have me not contact you at all?"
Oh well. If hes gonna be a n00b then I may as well not contact him. It doesnt make me sad though, like, I couldnt really give a damn about that email. hmmmm

Toe is still sore. No shred for a while.. I have been saving up for Aus nats for a while and put some of the money into the bank today. I saved up $60 worth of coins and chucked in the $15 that was in my wallet. Thats $75 all up so Im not doing too bad. Mum will probably give me a bit and if I get a job, then that will help a heap.
I'm sure you're aware that I've shared my personal stuff in this blog in the past.
I figure that it's a place where you can vent... say stuff and get it out there, rather than keep it inside.

anyway, I got some other emails from him in reply saying how my bro and I never contact him and all this and that we make no effort and what not.
In my opinion, at any time before I sent him an that first email to say hi, he would have been able to say something like "I make no effort" not after I do actually make an effort.

Yo jesse, don't get down about that sort of stuff bro. I experienced the same sort of stuff with my dad when he kicked me out when i was 18. We are now closer than we ever have been before.
you were a good enough kid to send an email to him. You can not control his actions bro. Maybe he was having a bad day, or whatever, perception is the root of all evil. I am sure he will come around but.
