I got my mr sandbag today in the mail and should be getting rod lavers no later than christmas.
Ill be practicing with just some regular shoes because i cant wait
I got this booklet with it and its got a bunch of step by step pictures on how to do the basics and more which i bet everyone got but i was just wondering why it doesnt look like he served it to himself maybe its just because its showing somebody else serving it to him:?:
You're referring to the Freedom Footbag Fundamentals pamphlet, I believe. For most of the moves it looks like he is coming out of the same move (i.e. doing consecutives).
Congrats on getting your first Mr. Sandbag-- it's a really good bag. Keep practicing and try not to get frustrated; things are rarely easy in this sport.
