had a nice session today

atomsmasher + legbeater bsos (same run) wasnt hard, but my flip atomic has progressively gotten worse. I got it back up to speed

FLIP DATW both ways never hit it before. i proceeded to hit DATW out + barrage bsos (same run)

(flip) DATW > double switchover>run

pdx torque bsos off the foot

i wanna take some days to rest, but i love playing, and it seems like everyday i plan to rest i end up playing

i guess its not a bad thing

Well today i was just gonna have a light session and do some cool styley stuff. I went into my 50's style basement, and put on my ipod like every session. I started off kicking and stretching. then i hit a 50 or so contact run with tiltless and spinning.

Then after that i decided to just do consecutive spinning clippers. I havent tried those in a while and it was fun. My first try on flip spins was 8! spinning clip x8 first try on "flip" is pretty good. then like 2nd or 3rd try on "strong" i hit spinning clip x7. Even though im not working on it as much as I used to, my spinning is definitely up to par, and so easy mid run. Spinning osises were feeling really good today.

Speaking of spinning osis, i had a super styley combo! After i worked on spins i went to x body rakes. I had it back to back easily (using different feet) and then decided to try x body rake>spinning osis. After a couple of tries i had it off of my foot. In a few more tries i sealed it with a nice little run! So then i decided, if i can do x body rake>spinning osis, why cant i hit pixie muted x body rake>spinning osis?

After about 10 tries i hit it

pixie muted xbody rake>spinning osis!!!!

In the middle of just shredding i decided to try blurry whirl. I guess I am ready for it because i hit it first try! i was so surprised i just caught it.

Then after like 10 minutes of trying i hit it other side, which i thought would be easier. Since its my strong step and whirl.

had an amazing session today! i credit it to having a good bag to play with. Most of my bags suck, and my docbag was good. But the weight/filler volume ratio was bad. So it would fly weird in the air. i found THE ONE bleed hole on the whole bag, jammed my straw in there, and filled it halfway.

ITS THE BEST BAG EVER now! Its so heavy, small, and it flies great.
