My first shred vid!! The cam is taped onto the top of my punching bag. I'm in my bedroom... I'm a lil low on space, and I keep coming too close to the cam. The file's big for the length of vid (4:20) but it's got a catchy song!! Enjoy!

Yeah Ben!!! Already putting out videos. NICE! Downloading right now. Really psyched to see how much you've improved since KICKASS!.

EDIT: Not bad not bad at'all. Here are just a few things I noticed: First of all, you've got a descent handle for the bag with toe stalls but the sets aren't nearly high enough. The lower they are, the less time you have to think about your next move as you know. So keep working on clipper and toe sets still. And something else I noticed is the one-sidedness with the mirage. Could just be you didn't work it into the video because I know I saw you doing bs mirage when we kicked in Kingston. But just in case, BOTH SIDES! Other than that. Here are some good things. Ss mirages are excellent (pixies should come easy for you. . . which remindes me - dimwalk!? WHERE WAS IT MAN!? That was epic when you hit that.) And legover > pickup rpt was very controlled.

Thanks man!! I thought I did put a Dimwalk in there... I may have accisdently cut it out. That would suck! I'll make a huge deal of it (BSOS) in my next vid

So mad man Roscoe here I go with my review.

First of all - thanks for sharing your vid with us - that is the way to go and the way you will improve much faster than without showing your skills .
Damn I have to save up for a cam as well ! arghhh

Ok things I noticed :

You got a good overall position , good control , your game looks fine

you should not set your bag too much in front of you . Think of it you should be above the bag .

your pixies are not good and they could be much better - start very calm and slow and then after the bag will leave your foot accelerate . You do your pixies more as an atw than a set . One thing which could help is to think of a pixie as an real step , so move a little bit forward and let your supported leg work much more .

you got a good mirage , I like how you push your knee inward , they are very good .

osis was nice - wide spin

keep over the bag when doing butterflies then you won't loose control
fall into the butterfly

Things I requested :

pixie mirage
far legover
illusion
pdx mirage

Please note that my advice is my personal view of things so do not take it the only "right" one.

keep it real:-)

Yes Ben!

I'm super stoked that you're here on modified and that you've started posting videos!

I have to watch the video again to post in depth comments, I only got to see it once last night before i was heading to bed and I don't have it on this computer.

I just wanted to give you props for getting into the swing of video editing.

I will post more later.

Keep it real. :P

@DoctorJay

pixie mirage
far legover

pdx mirage
I can do'em all, except pixie mirage (how about pixie legover?) and I'll definately put them in my next vid. That was your bag in that vid btw!! I love that thing... I will most definately work on my pixie sets, thank MUCH for that tip!!! I've really been working on getting higher pixie sets and I'm lightyears away.

Thanks again, there'll be more soon
Keep it real

Okay, my next vid is just saving onto my comp right now...

I wasn't able to hit the dimwalk BSOS tonight, sadly. I highlighted it, strongside only; but Ill put it in BSOS in my next one hopefully.
