I came up with the idea, but Adam Fox hit it first.
From an inside heel stall, wrap the del, around the support leg. Then 'fold' the foot into a dragon move in order to drop the bag onto the support leg into a toe stall.
Does this make sence? I hope so.
Has this move been hit before, and is it named?
I admit, it's not a big move, but it's hella stylish, and would make a good intro to a routiene.
Any comments welcome.

Seeing as only 4 people have voted, and it's in favor if being a new move, I'd love some feedback.
To clarify something... Would it be a three add move?
I figure you'd get an add for [Xbody] [Body] & [Del].
As it's (obviously cross body)... being a wrap.
It's a body add for dragon type dexterity (or should it be a dexterity add).
And the final delay on the support toe.

Well i I have to agree as i hit this move first, it felt very basic but had that style trend that we all love to slow the shred down a little or use in a cricle with basic kickers. This move is fun and looks very stylish if you can hit it mirrored(side to side) so try it out let us know what u think?
Footbag Footbag Footbag, What can i say? I love this sport !

I would refer to this move as a balance warm-up. I've been doing it for years and variants of it to show newbies techniques to work on thier balance and build confidence that they too can do moves.
Just to clearify, it sounds like a Heel Wrap > Dragon > Toe, a 3 > 2 > 1 combo.
quoth the Eli "If you cannot hit 5s and 6s, or don't know the difference between Mobius and Marius, then it's 99.8% sure that you didn't invent a move/trick."
