Just to be clear: I'm not saying that Vasek hasn't hit sailing ss flurry. He very likely has. All I'm saying, is that it isn't on video, so using words like "confirmed" and "verified" isn't really accurate. If somebody asked me today: "Hey Ken, has anybody hit a 5 dex trick?" I'd have to respond: "probably, but there's no undeniable evidence yet."

Understand, that 4 and 5 dex tricks are a very different story from say, double spinning tricks. If somebody claimed they hit triple inspinning osis, and somebody else confirmed it, then yeah, I'd probably accept it without question. But a 5 dex trick? Or a tricky 4 dex? Personally, I hope he hit it. It's exciting for the sport. It's progress.

It was, what, 4 years ago? 5? that I first heard that Sunil had hit nemesis. This was a good 6 months before CSS3, when he unveiled it. Same deal back then; I was excited by the news that Nemesis had finally been hit (both sides!), but it wasn't official to me until I actually saw it clean in slow-mo on Sam C's video Footage.

I'm not a hater, I'm not a doubter. I just want to see it before I start using adjectives like "confirmed" and "verified."

Anyway, yeah, Vasek was hitting nuclear torque and shit back in like 2001 (check out the old Telocvicna videos). He's plenty good at atomics, just chooses not to use them regularly for some reason or another.

slightly off topic, but what about fairy sets? He does seem to leave out a lot of sets he definitely can do. doesn't do much quantum either.
