Slow PC - Wtf?

why is my computer so fucking slooow? everything takes super long to load and it crashes alot lately! how can i fix this?

In safe mode, run

AVG Free Antivirus
Lavasoft Ad-Aware
Spybot - Search & Destroy
HiJackThis

Stop using Internet Explorer and use Mozilla Firefox. If you don't have Windows XP SP2 with Windows Firewall enabled, then install ZoneAlarm.

Ya make sure you don't have any spyware or adware on your system. Also many times if your comp. freezes and crashes a lot it means your processor is overheating. More info would be helpful.
