bleh -

yup

well i got one kid to come over - he couldnt do blackjacks voice very well, so i had him do brad nelsons voice - and it was good

2 more voice overs to go

theres a really skilled DJ rapper guy who might come over tomorrow and do blackjacks voice, which would rock - because he would have the required skills to pull it off.

aight then - peace

and fuck the wrists

that im forced to hold
now i want to let go
and fuck the hell
that im afraid of
and fuck the god
that i blame shit on
and fuck myself
for being weak
and fuck this poem
where is my strength??

yo this is dedicated to the millions of minions
gun toting descendands
of a flawed beginning
fuck the lord starin down above us
im a satan my wings are fallin
this fiery pain you sentence me to
is nothing old, but nothing new
yo nine inch nails aint got shit on me
i kill little girls that listen to trent's cd
theres no black on my face
but theres black in my heart
theres black in my lungs
i spread hell with a fart
im dirty and horrid
ill kill all ure children
slowly with tortuous
emotional villains
my beat is skipping
of course its the ending
fuck the world
and fuck this conditioning
i know im just a bomb
thats waiting to go off
i tried really hard
just to get my head chopped off
if i cant live in peace
then yall will die too
if you somehow escape
before i kill you
then ill teach everyone else
to hate each other
and ill stick you in that world
with a crack of my thunder
yeah, lifes a bummer
so shut the fuck up
and if u read this
then you share in my muck
you're nothing but a fucking loser
and im a loser too
so lets all lose together
then we'll really be true

every missed oppertunity is a black hole
and the alternate universe that you fall into
is full of opposite poles
you cant escape this ying yang fate
however the fuck, you pronounce it
im really fucking pissed
at nothing in particular
at NOTHING, in particular
like you really understand
even half the things i say
you ignore me
take me for granted
well we'll see who
is the last one
laughing
i know, i know, its a sad laugh at that
maybe its not a target that i should aim at
its so hard to be in control of ones own actions
with infinite choices, different directions
every wrong with a consequence
not every right a reward
im some kind of psycho
stuck in a ward
called the world
trapped in my own perceptions
drugs used to set me free
now i just feel them kill me
just like every work week
and every stupid project
that i ever undertake
just for a few comments
on the modified board
most of the shit i do
will never get heard
never get seen
my best moments are only for me
thats why my life crumbles
when i feel obscene
when i feel like sheets
in the wind
and a tornados blowin away my tomatos
my garden is acres
of barren segments
could have been
should have been
whatever

thats a bunch of shit
that i just got out
its like ear wax
and i cleaned that shit out
man i better wash my mouth out
for all the things i said
in fact maybe i should delete
this whole entire thread

oh well whatever
i hope God forgives me
because i dont know
if self forgiveness
is something i have in me

Why do we need pain or emotional pain?

When you accidentally bite your tongue, it's hard to see "pain" as something positive.

The same goes for a blister on your big toe. Who needs a throbbing foot?

But what if you felt no pain? How often would you bite off bits of your tongue - or burn your backside in the bath?

Physical pain is a marvelous alarm system that prevents further damage.

It tells us: "You'd better change what you're doing!"

Emotional pain gives us a similar message, eg. "You'd better change how you're thinking!"

It's normal to get angry or jealous or a bit resentful - temporarily.

But if those feelings become permanent the message may be:

"Don't expect to control other people."
"Don't expect other people to behave like you."
"Don't depend on other people to make you happy!"

While we keep thinking the same thoughts, we keep feeling the same pain.

(And then we say "But I'm right!" Unfortunately being "right" doesn't help!)

A blister on your foot is a message to change our shoes.

With emotional pain, which feels like a blister on the brain, the message is usually to change our thinking.

In a Nutshell

With both physical and emotional pain, when we keep doing the same thing, it keeps hurting!

"Don't depend on other people to make you happy!"

DONT FUCKING DEPEND ON ME TO NOT DEPEND ON YOU BECAUSE THATS WHO I FUCKING AM SO SHUT THE FUCK UP
