The tanuki (badger) says, "Ikanakya!"

which means, "I've come!"

Take that as you will. :P

The song contains the words "expanding" a lot.

They were testicles.

The tanuki is very much revered to having large testicles. It is said to have magical powers. They keep them as idols in storefronts sometimes for good luck... all of the statues will have the tanuki with balls hanging to the ground.

Expanding... it kinda makes sense... they are advertising... apartment construction... :?:

Wait- Who are 'They'?? I'll guess by that you mean Japanese store owners. That's bizarre that it's completely socially acceptable and probably a normal part of their culture to have statues of squirrels with big balls in the store window. This must be what inspired those photoshopped squirrels that keep showing up online.

Racoon? Bear? Is that what you mean? I thought the tenuki(sp) was just the squirrel with big balls.

A tanuki is a mammal found in Japan and it belongs in the badger family.

There used to be a cartoon where the super powers of a group of tanuki was to crush the enemies with their gigantic testicles. I don't remember what it was called.
