I'm uploading the higher-quality version (68 mb) one onto yousendit.com right now. The only problem with yousendit is that after about 25 downloads, you can't download the file anymore. But anyway, give me about 30 minutes or so, and I'll post the link.

WOW you can really see how much weight i loss playing this sport so much.

Its to bad i didnt take some before footbag after footbag photos, i cant beleive how fat i used to look, it still blows my mind to see that shit.

Great video guys - I've always been a fan of CIC, ever since I first bought Next Level. I have always enjoyed the fast-paced and UNIQUE Chicago style. Keep it up! The only thing I could ask for is some longer runs.
