Wow! I'd forgotten how beautiful the Alps are. Thanks, Verena.

Yeah, I just got a bloody nose last night, and I have one right now. It's all because of the dryness that comes with cold winters. Actually...it all started when my sister decided to throw a full Play-doh container at my face. Ever since then, my left nostril weakened and always bleeds when it's dry out. Anyways, I'm happy I'm getting bloody noses again, because it means I am in an area that snows! Yay!

Did you twist your ankle snowboarding? I always thought that was practically impossible to do...unless you were half strapped in at the lift...

I live on an island with an insane amount of steep hills, so whenever we get like, 3 inches of snow the whole island shuts down.

Haha that's how it's like down in Georgia...the people there freak out when they hear it's gonna snow a couple inches, and they raid the grocery stores and go get their kids outta school like crazy. I was amazed at how many parents came to get their kids one day it snowed during school (it didn't even lay)...the PA system never shut up with kids names to get picked up. Geez...

Damn, it's not that bad here. What happens hear is rich folk just take their snowmobiles out and cruise if there's enough powder. I don't have one, but tons of my friends do, so I'm fortunate enough to go down Winslow at 30 miles an hour passed all the shops with no one else out besides some of your friends in different spots on the island.

Sam Pott's, come over here next time it snows more than 4 inches and I'll pick you up off the ferry on a snowmobile!
