can u kick consecutively yet or well? for starting freestyle, definitly a mr sandbag from freedom or a revolution sandbag. If you're just starting to kick, Sipa Sipa will do, they can take a beating like nothing else.

Go with a 4 panel mr Sandbag, as stated above. Practice evenly with both legs or you will suck in the long run. You will be lopsided like a bodybuilder who only works out one side of the body!
My name: Jeremy Mirken, AKA Chocolatey Shatner, AKA jerk enemy rim.

I kick it with trunk chef elf and liz luck key my.

hey so while we're talking about muscles and bodybuilding..is hack a good sport to exercise your legs? I can feel a burn after a long sesh, but it's probably more endurance..

hack doesn't build too many, but it'll get them working well.. wait till u start freestyle it tends to hurt for a while - make sure u kick in good shoes too, just anything supportive.. definitly no Vans those things'll mess u up

There's a 'sticky' in this section that could help, check it out:

If you plan on getting into freestyle, do yourself a favor right now and order a Mr. Sandbag (www.freedomfootbags.com). Probably will end up saving more money than if you were to buy that dirtbag.

Happy shredding.

Follow the advice in the sticky (http://modified.ca/footbag/viewtopic.php?t=10252) and get a Mr. Sandbag from http://www.freedomfootbags.com. They are much nicer than any Dirtbag. They are also pretty cheap, get 3. :P
