Schoolwork about footbag (help me. please, it's easy)

Post by Commodore »

I have to make a project at school. Our teacher is so stupid. He didn't teach us how to do it, but that's ok. He didn't even give us topics. We got to choose the topics on ourselves. I chose footbag, so I have some questions:

1) Why should anyone play footbag?
2) Why do you play footbag?
3) Does footbag develop physically and how?
4) Is footbag a street sport?
5) How old are you?

1) Why should anyone play footbag?
Footbag is a social sport. It is excelent cardio-vascular excercise that encourages ambidexteraty with the legs, therefore, stimulating both sides of the brain. Freestyle footbag does not require you to form a team, as you can play on your own. However, the social aspect of the sport is prominant when players gather to play in a circle.
Basicly, footbag is good for you physicly, mentally, socially, and spiritualy. :D

2) Why do you play footbag?
I play footbag because I am addicted to the euphoric rush felt when a new trick is hit or mastered.
I also play because it is an excelent form of excercise, and has helped me to bring my weight under controll, and keep fit.
I also play because when I do, I feel good about myself (unless I'm having a really bad session ;) )

3) Does footbag develop physically and how?
(Not sure of this question, but I'll try, anyway).
Freestyle footbag helps me to develop physically, in that the cardio-vascular excercise I get from playing helps me to maintain a (somewhat) healthy weight, for my body structure. Like most forms of excercise, it is good for you.
It has helped with the flexability of my lower body (legs and ankles), it has helped my balance, and also my general endurance.

4) Is footbag a street sport?
Tough question. I would say no, it is not a street sport. It is probably more of a cyber sport, in that the community exists over the internet, with small pockets existing in the real world, in many citys around the world. I describe footbag as an 'alternative sport', not a street sport. Unlike Basketball, and Soccer (football), it is not a derivative of another sport (like the street variations of those sports). Freestyle footbag exists in it's entireaty (?SP) and is in a constant state of evolution. Essentially, it is what it is. It is not a variation of something else.

5) How old are you?
Too old. 28.
Comment in the BCS blog if you feel the need to.

NotHisRealName is the best user in the forum!

You don't have to make a post as long as NotHisRealName did. Even one word is ok.
