When did u guys start using 32 panel footbag?

When did u guys start using 32 panel footbag? I m just wondering..
Cuz right now i am using 4 panel footbag which is this

and i know Mr sand bag is better, but due to my parnets not allowing me buying stuffs online, so I found that footbag in a sport store. However i am doing good with that bag and i am wondering should i buy a stitch 32 panel after 2006

or should i get a 8 or 12 panel footbag in this christmas?

I swihched to 32 after 1 year and 6 months.

freedom, then high quality 32, anything else is nothing....

PS- always have a freedom on hand.....ALWAYS!!!!!!

EDIT: just looked at your link.... goood god a freedom would do wonders for your game!!!!!

If your going to get a bag for christmas, you should get a Mr. Sandbag. you'll have to order a 32 off-line anyways, unless you know someone who stitches 32 panels.

Mr. sandbags are really the choicest bags for beginers. you'll find that 32s take a little bit more skill to stall and set effectivley. i think i started using one about 6 or 7 months into playing.

I have been playing for two months (off and on) and just learned to Pull off Clippers more often, and all of this with a Mr. Sandbag. At what moves should I start getting better, higher quality bags?

I got one really early... before I even started shredding properly. I found a cruddy 32p in a surf shop and was using that... then bought an O'wheel bag when I went to aus champs, which is when I started shredding properly. So... *practically* from the beginning

Anyway, I went through phases where I like panel bags more, and then sometimes I only used a Freedom... I found that now I like panel bags (abshire A910 minis, loose stiched, 40g) the best cuz it is soft like a sand bag, but still sets and allows for tighter dexes. Anyone lwho shredded wiht my bag (rasberry) at SJFF this year knows what I'm talking about. I did however go through a period where I played with a sand bag becuase I liked how it helped my consistancy, and I could do some harder shuffle combos due to the sticky-ness of the sand, but now that I have more control I like to use panel bags. It's kinda like stick and manual, with a stick, you can drive withought much though becuase it just goes, but with a manual you have to think and shift.... at least that's my opinion, and I'm definatly not putting down anyone who plays sand (especially since Jim Penske uses freedoms a lot, and everyone know's he's hardcore), just sayiong how it feels for me =)

I mainly used Sandbags for the first 2 and half years of my career. Then Ales Zelinka came to Australia with some really nice 32 panel bags (a felix bag and a carol bag I think - but with his own metal filler) and explained to us the various advantages of 32 panel bags. I ordered a mini abshire and made a slow tranisition to that bag - I'd say I've been using 32 panel bags for a year and a little bit - having been playing footbag for a 4 years and bit (started september 2001). I cannot possibly imagine myself seriously using any bag other than a 32 panel bead bag these days although who knows what the future will bring

My first 32P was a Mirken that I got about 6 - 12 months after starting (I'm no good with dates and times).
I do remember pulling it out when I first met Lynton Stephens, but he preferred a sand bag (Aurora)

From that point I was mostly using a 32, but going back to Auroras occasionally.

Now it's 32p's all the way.

I guess I've been kind of spoiled... my introduction to footbag was with 32's. And I got my first pair of lavers a week after. I don't think I've used freedoms at all...

My first 32 was probably about 2 months into shredding. However it took until prolly like 3 months to actually shred it proper. I still prefer shredding my freedom sometimes. When I'm stiff and tired, a 32 just makes me...more stiff and tired.

I started with a 32 (crappy) and later got another 32 (crappy). I bought the first sandbag of my own at the same time when I bought the first good 32.
I'm not sure how long I had been playing before that.

And I dunno, I switched after a few months or something. Then I used both for a really long time and now it's mostly 32s.

If you start to play with a sandbag you will have to learn stall again when you switch to 32.

Sandbags are sweet to play with, but they suck if you want to get good!

I think I was using some form of sand/dirt bag for the first year. I was introduced to the wonderful world of 32's by Sean Wingert in late '98 or early '99. It was an Abshire.

i got an 32p very early,like after 4 or 5 month of kicking and learning some stalls and dexes i saw these beautyfull bags on modified,and i just ordered one and it was around then when i started 32p´s,but untill i lost my sandmaster i played with this one alot too!i loved it!realy...but now i only do 32p´s
