Another solo session tonight. Caroline has the flu. :(

I had a few nice runs, but nothing much to report. Ummm, ripwalk mid run (always a treat). Footed clipper set DLO twice. Worked on my spins a little. Got frustrated. Got tired. Played some more. Hit nothing. Called it a night.

It's really hard for me to play solo. Fortunately I've got music to listen to now, and I'm encouraging the jugglers to bring in CD's to play on my sterio, which is cool. The Crystal Method tonight, with a little Prodigy, too.

anyway, off to 'Pwn Noobs'

1 shot kill. no matter where you hit them. The scout takes skill. which is why scoutzknivez is my fav map
Actually you can hit them in the leg and they still wont die. My friend shot a guy once in the stomach using AWP and the guy had 25 health left.

Yeah danial i might just have to do that. I was kind of hoping there would be a demo or something going on in footbag every 3 months so we will see how it goes. I am just major pumped to play footbag every day.

Worked on backside smear for a litttle while and got it up to shred standard

Then i hit toe whirl on my strong side and got it up to shred standard as well.

Then i tried it on my flip and instantly hurt my knee. With in two more goes i thought, damn i think i need to use my flip whirl a little bit more in my runs. So i will try this on flipside in a month.

Then i hit down-double-down on my strong side. It was clean and cool looking.

Then i shredded for 20 mins and lost interest, it was 11:30pm but and i am supposed to work at 7am.

Then i am going to go get ready for work

Then peace.

Can't do, notice is to short, and i have to work on the monday. But jesse, give alex a smack on the ass for me, and say 'hey big guy, we have missed ya.'

I need a balance between

Shredding
drilling
and new moves

and i have found it and it starts tonight.

I am really hoping to impress at nationals. I think i like impressing people. Do other people like impressing as well?

I have lots of work to do now,

bye
bye.

I'm not big on impressing others. For me it's all about impressing myself.

One monk said to his commrade: " Look, the flag is moving",
to which the second monk replied : " no, it is the wind that moves the flag !"
Another monk, who witnessed the argument said to the two of them :
"your hearts are moving !"

bah. nevermind the bollocks - but say hi to Ian, when you guys see
him and tell him that we still talk about his drifter variations and double

I figure I'll post it in here because this is essentially the Qld footbag thread.

Pretty soon, probably after Ausie Nats, I'm stepping down from the Australian Footbag Council.
This will leave a place free as a representative for Queensland, and I hope Hagesy or Jesse are interested in taking on this position.
It doesn't involve much work, so it's not that hard to do.
I honestly don't know how much more I can give to the sport. I do enjoy playing, but I don't want to be responsible for it's growth. I hope one of you (or both ;) ) are prepared to take that responsibility on.
I do intend to keep playing... this game is my sanity, my freedom. But it's just getting too much sometimes.
I just want to play.
Nothing more.

Yo.

Gareth what are your bank details so i can give you money for the hostel bro.

I drilled lots last night, practiced my sick 3 and routine, hit assassin, and then had a nice little shred at the end, my legs are pretty sore right now.

But i am satisfied

Kind of like smoking a joint after sex.

I drilled lots

I like drilling

Hit spinning butter both sides.

Hit assassin bsos twice, but it was like assasin>opp toe>assasin, as i was just driling it.

My game feels pretty solid.

Caroline, Jesse, Alex and myself, all played last night.
Alex and Jesse are really solid players now and are hitting some nice combos. I was pretty pleased with how I played, too - hitting clipper set dlo for the first time! Caroline is comming along slowly. She needs to play more, but she's hitting some pixie>mirage combos, and her clippers are slowly improving. When she doesn't think about it, it seems she does them better.
I spent the start of the session with Caroline, modding her lavers - which she played in. The best modding I've done yet :D.
