achilles tendon ...
So.. I've been getting this pain on my right foot in my achilles tendon whenever i raise my toes up, It doesn't hurt too much but I'm worried about it getting worse. Any good way to stretch this out.. ?

Get in the front leaning rest position (otherwise known as pushup), put one leg behind the other like you're crossing your legs (long way) and try to push the back part of your foot that's on the ground down and get it as close to the ground as possible. You want to try to get as much as your foot on the ground as much as possible. Switch and repeat. Hope this helps.
PS: Explaining stretches for me sucks on the internet, so sorry if it doesn't make much sense to you because it makes perfect sense to me.

Lean against a wall as if to stretch your calves, sort of in a lunge position. Having one foot forward by approx 2 feet, put all weight on the back leg and bend the knee of that leg to lower your body position be about 5 inches or as far down as is comfortable. Make sure to keep that back foot completely touching the ground, especially the heel. Keeping the heel on the ground is the key to this stretch. This stretch isolates the achilles tendon.

my achilles tendon is achilling me...actually it is a little sore, as well as my hips, and the backs of my thighs, I guess that's hamstring? But I'm pretty sore right now. Hopefully it'll get better.
Hmm, achilles heel not bothering me as much anymore. I gave it about a 3 day rest though, that seemed to help. I'm a little sore today, but overall I feel decent.

My achilles tendon has been sore on and off for the last two weeks from playing footbag. Stepping sets seem to hurt it the most, and if i push it too much in one session, it starts to 'creak'.
I'm going to try and do the stretch mentioned above more often, but will it heal if i simply ease off on the footbaging for a while? I already took half of last week off but it started giving me problems again after i shreded last sunday.

i really dont know if it actually makes a measurable difference but i especially like stretching out my calves in the shower. i highly recommend the stretch jeremy described, and i think the added heat of a shower (assuming you take hot showers and have enough room to do this stretch) really relaxes those muscles and allows you to feel the stretch more fully. so like he said, one foot behind the other focusing on the back on being flat on the ground, both hands on the wall in front of you, etc. and as with any stretch, if you cant feel it at all, extend it and move further from the wall until you feel you are getting the most benefit from it.
