My main issue here is that you're letting your own skepticism prevent others from making decisions on their own.

I don't want to get 14 year old kids started in this, you have be 18 or older.

I'm not denying the fact that there are ponzis out there - there are hundreds of ponzis operating right now, and it's blatantly obvious which programs are ponzis and which ones are not.

You not NOTHING about this industry. Yes, there are ponzis out there, and yes that is the correct wikipedia definition of a ponzi - but this is not a ponzi.

Why don't you let people make up their own mind about it

How about this. I'll GIVE YOU MONEY to start with. You can do it on my dime. I'll prove to you it's not a ponzi. No strings attached. 4 months down the road when you've turned the $25 I'll give you into $6000, and *insert theoretical program* is still going strong - then try to tell me if it's a ponzi.

It's ok to be skeptical - but don't ruin this for people.

I've been more than civil. This thread is going nowhere, and you have yet to convince me not to delete your Ponzi.

Please do me the courtesy of not questioning how much I care about the posters on modified. I think my credentials as a caring member of the footbag community are pretty well established. I've organized tournaments, I've judged tournaments, I've paid my own money to get other players to go to tournaments they otherwise couldn't afford, I've coached Team Japan... blah blah blah.

From what I know of you, your only commitment to the footbag community is trying to get members of modifed to join your "investment opportunity," an action which directly enriches yourself.

My reservoir of time, courtesy, and patience is dry.

I don't need referrals to make money off of this. You get paid 44% profits no matter how many referrals you have - 0 or 1000. You earn 12% of what your referrals upgrade , but I've already said I GIVE 100% BACK TO YOU HELP YOU GET ON YOUR FEET

On every HYIP forum you will see some section about *insert theoretical program* , full with posts of people who got paid, and none of people who didn't. The people who didn’t it was because of either their own fault, or a technical issue and they all got compensated in a timely manner, even over-compensated sometimes..

Just google for scam, rip-off, cheat, whatever you can think of! That was the first thing I did, and I was pleasantly surprised.

24 hours have passed, and based on the feedback from the rest of the Mods, I have decided to unlock this topic. Please understand, this is not a license for people to advertise/solicit money-making scams. Any posts advocating people sign up with specific websites/plans/etc. will be deleted, as they are still against Modified forum policy.

The original question raised in this topic was: "why are people allowed to make threads about drugs and racism, and not to solicit people to join money-making 'investment opportunities' on Modified Forums."

Firstly, please do not use retarded as a derogatory term

Next, this isn't daycare. The mods don't fuckin punish anyone who calls someone a nasty name or ban them for being defiant. Grow up. This guy was doing something seemingly out of line and the mods made their point. What would banning do-especially at this point in time? You don't someone to hold your hand on modified while using the other to spank all the bad kids

Honestly, this juvenile attitude of punish the wrongdoer is detrimental to society, and would be detrimental to modified if the mods weren't mature enough to handle things like they just did.
