non-abrasive soap

i just got my 32-panel abshire! woot!

anyways, i've heard that i should wash it with non-abrasive soap. what are examples of this kind of soap? would dish detergent or laundry detergent work?

Use something real mild like dove bar soap.
Wet the bag and rub all its sides on the bar and then massage it for a while. Then rinse it ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT!!

I just use my hand soap that's in my bathroom. Works fine.

I use Pantene Pro-V shampoo & conditioner: Full & Thick, new with Amino Proteins.
