holly shit.
I was there 1,5 years ago

and I had 8 months break from footbag.
Yesterday I was I GÃ³ra on the shred. After my break I was shocked that I can play gutiless runs and some nice tricks.
Thanks guys for shred!

Yesterday I had toe2toe session. I hit some nice drills and combos.

Atombomb (flipside)

Now I'm going to hit alpine atombomb

Today i'll improve my sets, especially barraging, stepping and atomic.

Today I was working on my shred30. I change it few times and final version has 216 points.
Also I was working on my guitless runs. I can play about 20 guitless contacts ( +/- 5 contacts ). So nice after big break.
Tomorrow I will work on double dex.

Inoltre stavo lavorando ai miei funzionamenti guitless. Posso giocare circa 20 contatti guitless (+/- 5 contatti). CosÃ¬ piacevole dopo la rottura grande.
