I just finished making the modified special and I just sent the lower quality version to Wong. He'll be the first non family member to see it. The video isn' t bad, could be better. I think I picked out the music really well. I just need a place to upload it!

Steve Wonder - Higher Ground

I heard it on the radio and thought it would be good for a video. Its happy and upbeat.

Thanks for the props Jordan, your welcome.

Christmas:

I get to open presents monday (tomorrow)! I hope I get budah's best, thats pretty much the only thing I am really wanting. Ha, I only wanted like 2 things. Christmas has been great though today! I went to see Chronicals of Narnia. I liked it. The whole symbolizm of it was about Jesus and such.

Footbag:

I stitched another footbag, still bad, but a LOT better than my first. Still too small, I like to stitch deep into the fabric. My brother Nathan's came out better than mine again :P I shredded today! My knees kept popping like crazy and sometimes hurt though. It felt so nice to play agian. I didn't play long. I hit a few good strings. I even played with my new bag, its not bad, just weird. I'm getting a bag from Pengpeng!!!! How sick is that! I'm sending her two shirts for it, one for her and one for Mosh. It will be my first 32. Footbag chat has been off the wall for the past 24 hours, so crazy, and all these videos too!!

Wow! 2nd day of shred! Better than the first. I was hitting long runs of legovers, pickups, and atws because I can only do light stuff right now. My longest run was like 8 contacts (no toe bails)! I can't wait till I start doing 15-20 contact runs, like acuatly shredding.

Yay! I get to open presents tonight after we all go out to dinner to olive garden. I never been there, but I am certinaly looking forward to all the good food, can't wait. :D 8)

I made an actual panel footbag, a 14... er... 13 panel footbag. The thing started out huge and kept getting smaller and smaller, I couldn't even fit the last panel on there. I cut out the panels really sloppy, so I probably had to squish them together, making the bag smaller and really bad.

Image

I would say its a waste of almost 3 hours, but I got some experience at least. Making footbags is hard at first.

Wow man, you have a footblog? I'm probably the only one that doesn't have one, but I'm not really into blogs. I think I'll start one after I'm able to hit blur both sides. Which may not be for a while. Anyway, cute bag. Start making 32s dude, it IS a waste of time doin that other stuff. You may as well practice doing the 32s, cuz you're gonna need practice on them anyway.

Peace, and as always:

Sorry for spamming the last couple days with my blog post

3rd day of playing! I did ask for new legs for christmas.

http://www.freewebs.com/banderscreations/BenFootbag.htm

EDIT:

I feel guilty posting too much :P . I'm pretty sore, although I'll probably play again in a bit. My family went to Famous Daves (bbq place) and it was so good. I accidently got devil's spit sause up my nose. I think my nose bled a little   . Gosh, I ate till I was full (ha, now I'm hungry again). The place is great, you can eat all messy and stuff yourself.

I ordered that 8 VHS deal from Freedom for 36 bucks with some christmas money I got. Dang that is a LOT of videos. Will take me a while to get through them all. Maybe I should have gotten just buda's best, but the deal was too good to pass up. Gah, lost my train of thought.

Word,

I've been on fire lately hitting decently long strings. Played for a few hours after midnight, ended around 3. I drilled everything. My illusions are sick, did like illusion>op toe> illusion like 6 times back and forth. Also fooled around with some butterflies and hit butterfly> farlegover.

Also been doing ultimate situps, regular situps, pushups, and calf raises to help prevent injury. Also been stretching too . I'm gonna start going to the YMCA again to bike and swim, and probably shred there. Woot!!!

Yay! more messed up legs!

Hmmm, hit mirage BSOS... after 6 months
Hit pinch! Haha, those are fun

Messed around with some pixie and fairy stuff, almost hit ducking legover.

Hmm, the box set video deal from freedom came in a few days ago, all PAL version except Time 2 Jam. PAL is what they use for tv sets in different countries, so I was unable to watch them :(. I did watch Time 2 Jam though. For a shred video, it kinda sucked IMO. Yeah, there were big names and moves, but all it did was showcased a handful of people shredding. Barely any editing and barely any camera movement.

I sent an email to freedom because nobody answered the phone, havn't heard anything back yet. They did though give me 2 flyers and a free sandbag - red and gold, its so full.

So Freedom is sending me the correct videos with a prepaid shipping box so I can mail the wrong ones back, so everything works out great. Too bad freedom got killed on shipping cost :( Freedom rocks though, fast delivery and great customer service.

Hit:
mirage> mirage on strongside

Hit a bunch of mirage bsos stuff too
-Mirages are fun

Worked on ducking toe and downtime legovers, fun as well. I want to hit ducking legover for sick 1

http://www.freewebs.com/banderscreations/benfootbag.htm
FRICKEN DRIFTER BABY! Its my 2nd 3 add :P

Gosh, drifter sure does help your mirages :)

Tips for Drifter (isn't the best):
Do it like a mirage and when your leg is just almost directly of the bag, hop forward AND sideways. When you bring your dexing foot around, crank it and get ready for the clipper. I had to air shred it a bit first.

**************

Got my videos today and watched Buda's Best, soooo Good! Man, it was great seeing intermediate players, they give me inspiration. And you get to see Felix and Vasek and all those good players when they wern't so sick, its great. Vasek looked so determined in the video. Womens doubles was AMAZING in the video, so fricken Hott. Hmm, haha.

Thanks Jordan :D

Today was a GREAT session. I felt wicked fast, tried fairy legover and I might have hit it, but I don't remember if the first dex was clean. It will definatly come though.

Hit:
mirage x 3 flipside
mirage x 4 strongside
drifters http://www.freewebs.com/banderscreations/benfootbag.htm (video updated)
downtime legover BSOS
downtime pickup BSOS
clipper ss pickup BSOS ????

I drilled some clipper stuff, slowly getting better again. Gosh, I feel wicked good!

I had a good chat with Josh and Shawn before the session, they were giving me sooo much advice nonstop. It was really helpful.
