Anyone tried using running spikes for shoes? I got some that have mostly mesh like the lavers, but they are lighter and ... make you stay on your toes? Of course on most the inside is not very big but mine have mesh on the inside, i suppose they would be good for someone like CHRIS

i would try them but i have no way to remove the spikes! what a dillema (cant use a pliers it ruins them)

is there much tread on the shoe if you take the spikes off?
