How many times a day?

I find myself on Modified quite often. It's like I get bored and end up checking to see if anyone posted new stuff or replied to stuff...even if I just closed the window ten minutes ago or so and got back from eating or something. How often do you guys check Modified out a day? I do atleast one big check and then probably atleast five more little ones throughout the day.

some days, probably well over 100, on those days when I'm online at work. Then I come home and check it compulsively some more until I get frustrated and do something else.

Sometimes twice - three times a day. Sometimes every other day. I usually only stick to the ole blog section though...

I check modified like 5to10times a day or even more.
Its kind of automatically that I first look up for new vidor other stuff before I do anything else on my computer....
