Cheers and merry Christmas everybody :)

I have been wanting to put out a video for a little while now, actually. Last night I went through a lot of songs I have on the computer but it's hard to find the *right* one, you know? I guess since the holidays are now here, I'll have a lot more free time. Maybe I can pump one out by the end of next week *crosses fingers*.

So tonight we (Kevin, Rory and I) finally got to play all together. We put on a demo at another YMCA in Edmonton, which went so so. A lot of the kids there had their minds wrapped around the free food that was there and basketball and didn't seem to take notice of us busting hein tiltless action. But that's not the point. The point is, we got ourselves exposed even more, and that's what counts :)

Shredding wise, I was hitting mostly huge links throughout, Rory consistantly had longer runs and Kevin was pumping out top stuff. Half way through, my stomach felt bloated and ached but I kept kicking nonetheless. Afterwards, we (including Rory's mother) went to Red Robins and had some food.

I don't think Kevin will mind, but he hit Pandamonium > Pixie ss Blender and a kick ass Rubberman variant! Rory layed the smack down on his runs (he totally stomped both Kevin and I in run length) and, like I said earlier, I just had links goin for me tonight.

- Rev. Swirl x 5 bs (new record :D)
- Rev. Swirl > Ripwalk > Rev. Swirl > Ripwalk > run with Rev. Swirl > Blur almost bs (first time completing the drill)
- Fog > Atomic Torque left unsealed
- Pdx Eggbeater > Legbeater, and came close to Pdx Eggbeater > Witchdoctor on the other side
- A really really pulled Atomic Ducking Torque (Icarious?)
- Pixie Ducking Torque unsealed (would have windsored both Kevin and Rory  )
- Fairy DLO bsos (found out that I hit this trick the other day, not Orangutan  )
- Fear > Fairy Legover > Fear > Fairy Legover (I might start doing fairy sets now ;))
- 5 contacts of Rubberman with each second dex reversed (Blizzard > Omelette > Reactor)
- Tap > Atom > Tap > Atom > Eggplant > Tapping Leg > Eggplant > Tapping Leg > Atomic Pickup > Tapping Pickup > Atomic Pickup > Tapping Pickup

And the big one of the night...

FOG > ATOM SMASHER > LEGBEATER > FOG > ATOM SMASHER > LEGBEATER

EDIT - Oh yeah, bsos'd Tapping Drifter too. Been a while since I did that.
In responce to Kevin's reply - Rubberman with Fog has been so close for sometime now, so it's my highlight that I finally hit it tonight :) .

Roger that sir ;)

Well I hope everybody had a wonderful Christmas. Mine was good indeed, Santa got me everything on my list and then some. I got to spend a lot of time with family which was really good too. Above all, however, I managed to not stuff my face full of food this year! Yay! No hard work to get all that flab off in '06 8) .

Footbag hasn't been a priority - I maybe kicked for 3 hours in the last 5 days? My calf (or more specifically, my shin) has still been acting up but with my high protein diet of beef jerky and egg nog, mixed with some stretching, seems to be helping out.

Today I had sesh to get the rust of the ole blades, but I think I did that and then some. What started a bit slow ended up being a really good session, with little irritation from my shin.

Oh, and I'm not going to reveal what I hit because it's mostly in the video, which is looking reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal good. It's 2/3 done - I just need some solid strings in the end and then kerblamo :D

Video is finished and will be uploaded tomorrow. I will post a link both in here and in the Video subforum so keep your eyes open :). Can't wait to hear what you all have to say.

This session was pretty good. I beat my PLO record - it is now 33, and everything, excluding Drifters, felt good.

Tomorrow I have to bring in my car to get it looked at at 8 in the morning, then I go and babysit. I'm sincerely hoping that both Kevin and Rory are home and can kick at the YMCA, because they sure have not been answering my phone calls :x. I'll try again tomorrow.

Cheers :)

Hopefully everyone enjoys it :)

Today my car got fucked. What happened was the casket (sp?) in my exhaust system is a bit worn, so my car would be a tad noisy whenever I started it cold. My dad and I took it in today, got told what the problem was and that I could come back later on and they would have everything they needed to fix it in 30 mins. So I come back with my little cousin and after 45 minutes of waiting I find out that they need a new doughnut (something about the current one not fitting properly with the new casket or whatever). They told me that the new part they need would be in next week and so they did a quick fix on my car. Now it's fucking as loud as all hell and I really don't like driving it. Basically, take the problem I had at the beginning and multiply it by atleast a factor of 10. My dad isn't going to be happy when I tell him about it.

So despite all that, I kicked with Kevin and Rory at the YMCA this evening. My shin was bothering me almost the entire time, and half way through I got a gut ache and almost had poopy toilet water all over the bathroom floor  . It all ended well though. I just need to do my stretches tonight before I get to bed.

- DoD Swirl
- Miraging Pickup
- Double Switch > DoD Swirl 8O
- Atom Smasher x 12 (new record)
- DLO > ss DLO x 4
- Fog > Skull Smasher bs :D :D
- Pdx Blender bsos so many times (they were so strangely consistant this evening) :o
- 5 contacts of Rubberman with Skull Smashers bs 8O
- Pixie ss Drifter > Pdx Torque bs :D
- Skull Smasher > Skull Smasher off the foot
- Pdx Torque > Pdx Drifter > Pdx Torque > Pdx Drifter off the foot
- Haze > Atomic Torque off the foot
- Muted Pixie Clip > Gyro Mirage > DLO x 2 (One of Rory's Sick 3s that Kevin and I ended up hitting . You had to have been there, but it was hilarious)

My runs were really good too. I had a few that were probably close to the 20 contact range that contained maybe 4 or so unique 5 adds and 60% genuine. I gave some solid attempts at Icarus, and I think it is totally attainable. Other than that...

I need to stretch.

Yes, it is also called Rasmus but I prefer Skull Smasher (it just sounds sick ;)). Cheers Pawel. You should put up a video of yourself, should you ever find the time to do so. I would really like to see you play!

Happy New Year!!

The last thing I did in '05 was shred - the last trick I hit was Spinning Blender. Upon the arrival of '06, I started it off right and hit Spinning Blender on the otherside. It seems like after the clock struck midnight, Rory and I started to really shred and hit some sweet things.

- Alpine Atomic Osis bs
- DoD Swirl bs
- Paradon Swirl bs
- BAP drill >run with Rubberman off the foot
- Flurry > DoD (a good seal imo)
- Scorpion's Tail > Blurry Drifter
- Pdx DLO > Toe Torque bsos
- Barfly > Scorpion's Tail bsos
- Tapping Whirl bsos
- Paradon > Pdx Eggbeater > Paradon
- 36 contact run to end the session :)

Awesome Video!!! :D

So, you got a new exhaust gasket put on your car and then the doughnut didn't fit right. Now they are ordering a new one. Hmmmm.... Normally there is only two nuts holding your pipes onto your exhaust manifold. So, it shouldn't take them long to change it. And, doughnuts usually only cost about $5 here. :D Just trying to put a good spin on it. :P

I hate to burst that bubble but.... I hope it is not that cold up there right now. Because your exhaust system will be sucking cold air in through the leak around where the doughnut goes and can cause it to maybe crack a hot exhaust manifold. :? If after they put on a new doughnut your car is still loud then I would demand that they fix it. They may have to get you a new exhaust manifold. :(

*puts her arm around Byrin's shoulders*

Just preparing you and wishing you the best. :D
One day we'll all have perfect wings.

8O . If that does happen, I will be very angry with those who work at that establishment.

Thanks for the heads up Peg :)

Sweet session today. It was only about 2 hours, but I ended up hitting some bodacious stuff. Mostly I worked on my double downs and quickly went over DLOs, Whirls, Drifters, Pixie, Stepping and Atomic.

- Tapping Blender bs
- Tapping Whirl > Blur x 3.5
- Rubberman with Fusions :D
- Plasticman bsos 8O

Plasticman bsos is ridiculous!! 8O

Your Paradon Swirls were really thin on the double down part, both of them, I'd said the second one was 'the' :(
I'm sure you can hit them cleaner though!

Keep it up!

C'mon Anssi. Can't you be a bit more discrete about it? It was meant to be a surprise. God. :x :P

Been kicking these days, but my shin has been acting up so this weekend I'm going to be taking a break. In 11 hours I will have a CD player in my car (yay), and in 21 hours I will probably be back on modified (yay or nay, depends if you people post good stuff).

So yeah, some highlights that I can remember from these sessions...

- Phoenix > Blurry Whirl > Blurry Whirl > Spinning Whirl > Mobius (new fearless record)
- Skull Smasher > Skull Smasher
- Mobius > Gyro Mirage bsos
- Spinning Whirl > Mobius bsos with Pdx Torque
- Whirling Swirl bsos
- Barfly x 6 (new record)
- Whirl > Pdx Whirl x 10.5
- Pdx Whirl > Spinning Whirl x 3.5

Basically since that last post, Plasticman has been a bitch for me to hit. Like, now it feels next to impossible to hit and I can't understand why that is. I hate you, Plasticman :x
