From what I know it has "special filling (including non-toxic metals)". I never had one so I wouldn't know. But I heard it's metal bb's and plastic pellets. Wherever I read that it could've been wrong though. And Richard Abshire might used a different filler now or something

I'm confident it's the same filler it has always been since Spring of this year: stainless steel shot and plastic pellets. Of course, there was a time that richard used a different plastic pellet filler and iron pellets I think, but I'm sure now he's sticking with clear plastic pellets and stainless steel shot (where the protective coating of the shot won't rub off.)

Anyone know exactly how many mms is the shot? I keep forgetting.
