Make sure your shooting is clean. It's an easy set to do slurry.

 Paradon>osis>farside legover>repeat
 stepping legover>butterfly>repeat
 ducking clip>butterfly>farside legover>butterfly>repeat

Drills eh?? How about whirl>drifter>repeat

Also try to break whatever your record is for consecutive butterflies (infinities) and try to break your record for consecutive osii. I think that if you get butterfly/osis/pdx mirage schooled so well that they are effortless, then your run length will improve a lot. Good luck!

Fun night last night!

This morning had a 45 min session. Tried some drilling, but couldn't get in the rhythm today. i guess you have your good days and your bad days. worked pixie set a lot today with pixie ss mirage>repeat. tried pixie paradox drifter a few times. close but did not seal it. Atomic set strong side is amazing. so tried to work weak side which is getting a lot stronger and comfortable. consistency i think is the key..so been trying to do that with what i know and trying more challanging moves along the way to keep my progression up.

on another note i did like your drill eric..so ive been working drifter more..never really payed attention to the move..so i will let you know when i have hit that drill.

 keep the posts coming with inciteful links with moves and/or drills!!!!!! thanks..

yeaa well maybe...maybe not!!

Session finally today after such a long time..kinda off but it will always come back as it does..lets see hit quantum butterfly bs same run..but really still working everything..thought up a good drill of quantum-butterfly>butterfly>paradox mirage>quantum butterfly repeat. Going back to rhode Island in a couple days..hopefully i will be able to show reid a thing or two..probably not..but its worth a shot :) ...i just got a head band to play with and let me say it does do a good job for the most part to keep the sweat from falling down your face and into your eyes and what not...if you know what i mean! i hate it when that happens.
